Five Star Scooters

I’ve had my Five Star scooter for almost a year now & I’ve been waiting to write a review, so here it is.I love it. I bought this scooter instead of an electric bike. It’s just as much fun and you can take it places that bikes can’t go.I’m just over 200 Lbs. & my scooter will run 20 miles an hour at full speed with me on it. It will travel at least 15 miles on a full charge.When I use it around the amusement parks, and at slower speeds, it seems to go farther than that. I’ve run it all day without having to worry about the battery running out.The size is great, it’s compact enough to fit in my small car and much lighter than other scooters.I get a lot of compliments on it and questions about where I got it.The seat is much higher than a standard scooter, so when you’re in a crowded space you can still be high enough that you don’t feel like you’re the only person sitting down in a croup of people.When I ordered my 5Star scooter, I also got the seat back, the tow hitch and the spare tire.I used the seat back for about two weeks and finally got tired of having to remove the he seat so I could load it in my car. The back is comfortable, just not worth my time removing the seat to fit in my car every time.The tow hitch is interesting. I’ve only used it a couple of times to pull a folding wagon. It works fine, but I don’t leave it on the scooter all the time.And , luckily I haven’t had the need for the extra tire.This scooter seems to be well made. I’ve taken it through all sorts of terrain and it’s been great. Every once in awhile I’ve had to get off of it and walk it up a hill, or over rough terrain. But that is expected. It’s not a mountain bike.All in all I’m happy with my purchase. I think it’s a great piece of equipment and fun enough for all ages.

These are the best scooters I've ever ridden. Plenty of torque and speed on the lowest setting. Incredibly maneuverable. Long battery life. Comfortable seating. Wide non-slip platform. All the lighting you'd ever need. Tested them out at the San Diego County Fair and was instantly enthralled. The salespeople, Tom and Leigh were very knowledgeable, helpful, and just all around pleasant to make a deal with. I'm very impressed with them, their products, and the company.

Absolutely amazed at the customer service I received… it’s just unheard of these days and you will have to experience it to believe it. If I had a question Steve got back to me himself through text or phone immediately. He spent 45 mins with me on the phone making sure I understood everything…My bike is really well made and powerful. It can be driven fast or slow. Really easy and fun to operate You will have a blast.I looked for the right option for three months and finally! The five star scooter is an amazing help. I use it to go on walks with my family. I also call it my work buddy" to assist with outside chores. Stephen thank you for the video tutorials. They come in handy. I recommend a five star scooter to the young and senior. It is fun."

We purchased a Raptor from a private party. We needed a new tire and a new seat. Steve has treated us like we are old friends and purchased originally from him! Not once has he put any pressure to upgrade to new from him. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and we love the Raptor! Visited the National Parks in Utah. Hubby was able to navigate 99% of Zion and Bryce....except down inside the canyons. It gave him his independence!

I bought a Falcon 5-Star Scooter because I can’t walk far due to a bad back. The scooter is very high quality and assembled easily because of the excellent videos. What this company excels at is their customer service. Steve helped me with the price and every time I called him he got back to me quickly. I have never worked with a company that is so accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this company. The picture is from a video of my stepson racing up the street. I wasn’t confident enough yet to do that!
