I don't know yet. I was given a date for install...showed up on time...but then turned away because you didn't have the hitch in stock despite receiving a reminder email to come in for the install. Still waiting for a call to come in and have the service I already paid for, completed. Online order. ***UPDATE*** Uhaul reached out and rectified the issue in short order. I have had my hitch installed and they even offered me a discount. Justin at the St. Catharines Welland Ave. location was very professional and very apologetic. Mistakes happen, and it was really nice to see them get it all sorted. I would certainly return for future services. Updated my review from 1 star to 5.
