Excellent seminar on Social Media Strategy. Doug (presenter) was knowledgeable and entertaining. The session was very interactive - a lot of information was shared by Doug in a short time but he encouraged participants to ask questions and share their own experiences. A comprehensive list of resources was shared for further self-study. I would highly recommend attending training offered by Communicatto Academy.
