Booked an appointment and the doctor never called. About an hour and a half after my appointment time, the doctor called and their reception was breaking up and I couldn’t hear anything. Finally, more than two hours after my appointment time, the doctor called again and apologized for having poor reception and said they figured out the issue and were ready to help me. I had already booked an appointment with a different platform so I told her that I no longer needed her services. She was very apologetic and kind, and offered a follow-up if I needed it even though we never got a chance to have our first appointment. Rating three stars because of all the technical issues that were a big inconvenience, but not too low because the doctor was very kind when she finally did get in contact with me, and assured me their technical issues had been resolved.
