DO NOT BUY A CANADA GOOSE JACKET FROM HERE! Sales staff is extremely rude and condescending. They don't do exchanges or returns and constantly try to push products on to you. You're better off going with Holt Renfrew or Harry Rosen.

PJ and MK jackets are overpriced, wouldn't even consider price matching other stores. Staff are quite rude and don't know most of the features of the jacket and may mislead customers. Sale signs are misleading since it only affects 20% of the products they sell yet its been up forever.

I bought a pair of shoes from here final sale and confronted the owner right after paying because I noticed that they are quite different in quality than the ones on display. He said he ran out of the ones on display and only has the one I paid for. Then I quickly noticed that there was a deep cut on the leather lip of the shoes which I was concerned about. He got very anxious and said “you know what if she doesn’t want them then refund her. I do not want to deal with this right now.” So apparently he either has some issues with controlling his emotions or there are some manufacturers defaults with their products that he became nervous of and snapped at me. Very shady coming from the owner of the shop! If you want to buy with confidence then don’t come to Bleu Marine because they’re only good at ruining people’s days as I’ve notices in other comments. I want to be a supporter of small businesses but if you don’t even care about your clientele then you might aswell switch careers because it’s quite insulting of them to be in the service industry.

Not typically the type to complain but here goes nothing. Do not shop at this store. Fake goods. They sold me a fake winter coat and do not allow exchanges. Question: why would a store have no exchange policy on non sale items? I don’t know how they are still in this mall and am currently pursuing a formal complaint against them. The shop is run by a man by the name of Sam and he is behind all of the day to day operations. If you go in you will speak to him and endure very poor customer service. Finally avoid this store at all cost due to poor customer service and counterfeit goods.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This is the only clothing store much less one in a mall that I’ve been to where as soon as you walk in it just feels shady and sketchy....after having purchased and returned a winter jacket from them I now get why I felt this vibe. I think they’re one ofThe only stores on their level and scale that don’t offer a refund policy and that speaks volumes on its own. After reading others reviews I’m starting to think they must sell either fake or defective products…There’s definitely something more going on that’s sketchy. Definitely deserves a formal report to at least the BBB. The store is highly overpriced and even if some items are comparable, please spare yourself and go elsewhere for the same item.

Had a great experience buying my Mackage jacket from Blue Marine & Co. The owner is wonderful and very kind. 10/10 would recommend

bad bad store! don't go to this store. I brought a jacket here$850.when I get home I find out it look like a return jacket. so I don't like it.so I when back right the way to the store wanted to return it but there customers it terrible.and they don't do return.and I didn't know that when I buy it.they didn't tell you when you come.I never review any store be for this it my first time.and my English it limited. but I try to review this because I don't want other people have bad experience like me.they don't do return.remember that be for you buy anything here.

Dear Dana,It was my first time I went to the Store at Blue Marine & Co at the Eaton Centre Mall today on the Boxing Day. I was completely Lost and didn't know from where I could get the best winter jacket for myself and then I met one of the best Sales Representative of my entire life Miss Dana. The kind of customer service she gave my was impeccable with her friendly demeanour and patience while analyzing my needs for the jacket I was looking for, she convinced me to get one of the best Winter jacket in Canada of brand The North Face about which I was not even aware till now. I trusted her service and she demonstrated me about the the jacket and the kind of knowledge she had made me believe in her choice of preference. I would also like to mention that this kind of service is well appreciated and the company should also consider promoting the employee like Dana and the company is lucky to have the employee like her. I wish all the very best Dana for your promising career and keep up the spirits. Thank u Dana, you made my day and Money spend well worth. I have no more words to express my heartfelt gratitutde to you.
