I have a 2003 VW golf. Ken cut the key and programmed within 20 minutes. Dealer wanted couple hundred. He was well below the dealers cost. Very professional, has the latest and greatest technology, and is very knowledgable of his craft. Would use again.

I typically don't post reviews but this experience needed to be shared.I contacted Shearline for rekeying services. The gentleman told me he would call before coming out. Unfortunately he didn't, so I wasn't expecting him to come when he did. By the time I got to the door, he was about to drive away.When he got into the house, the first thing he asked me was if I had keys. I told him I didn't. He became visibly irritated and started to complain that because I didn't have keys he'd have to pick 4 locks and I had got 'a really good deal' etc. I tried to explain that he hadn't mentioned the need for keys in any of our prior communications and that the whole reason I called him was because I'd lost my keys but he cut me off saying you're still talking."I was genuinely surprised - all his reviews were very positive so I definitely was not expecting this attitude. Absolutely state of the art tools, machines, right at the door, and best service I have ever had in Saskatoon for locksmith service. I had my keys locked in my car for a month because no other company could break into my car and I was very stressed I would never get into my car again without breaking a window but then I was referred to Ken over at this business and he did a phenomenal job getting into my car and on top of that saved me from a scam at the dealership and made me 2 keys. I would recommend this company to anyone in Saskatoon and anywhere they go and they are so affordable and won't cost you a fortune!

Phoned and asked for a quote for him to come out to Martensville. Extremely reasonable prices, prompt, professional service, and many different services for any lockpicking need you might have.The locksmith was very nice and personable, stopped by and had a good chat while he was here. Knows lots about his craft, and how to use the technology to stay current. I needed a spare key cut for my Toyota and Shearline came to me and got it cut and programmed in no time. Fair pricing and very knowledgeable, I'll be using Shearline for all my future locksmithing needs.

I lost my keys and my first call was to the dealer. I think we all made this mistake. The dealer told me I would be charged for a new key, then programmed and the kicker was I would have to get it towed to them. I live 100k from the dealer. So can you imagine the bill I would have been facing.I read online that a good locksmith could do the same thing and would save the towing bill. I contacted a locksmith we used previously in Saskatoon and they recommended Ken. I did not know Ken and took a chance with him.He was very friendly on the phone and told me he was going to be about 30 min from me the next day. Now that was luck! Still what was he going to charge? When Ken arrived today he got right at the job and not even minutes later he was ready to cut the key, never saw how he was able to do it that quickly but he did. He came out with a key and proceeded to program it. Turned the key over and bam the car fired right up.For as busy as Ken is he still hung around and we shared a few stories from our past.Ken if you are reading this you made a friend today, your an honest person, and your not trying to retire off of just one person. I am not sure what others are charging but in my eyes when he showed me the bill I said are you ... kidding me? The price was let's say very decent. Would I recommend Ken? Ken is very experienced and professional at what he does. He has all the latest security software and tools. I was ready to give up and get my car towed to the dealership, but Ken knew he could program my car keys and did not give up. He successfully programmed my car keys, even after coming out to meet me at my car, more than once.I highly recommend Ken's services; he is very reasonable with his prices, and he doesn't back down from a challenge. Ken is very flexible with his schedule, and was able to help me right away.
