I have been to the restaurant before and is wonderful however has been a bitter sweet experience this time as due to a staffing shortage they were not open. This isn't a reflection on them as it is a systemic problem in the area effecting many businesses

Friendly staff that go out of their way to help and great service. Restaurant part would be great if open longer. Seems every time I go there it's closed and I would love to try it out as I have heard the food is great. So I end up buying their home made baking when available at the smoke shop part and that I know is delicious.

Great place. Friendly people. To that Melissa girl that complained about rudeness she needs to understand that because of corona and the fact that brantford and area places are closed that first of all she should be so lucky to not have to resort to going to the corner store, and also think about how you would feel if you phone was ringing off the hook all day long and day after day and week after week and all the calls were nothing but what she was asking. The least she could do is put herself into the clerks shoes for just one moment. Selfish people like this should be turned away and told to go elsewhere.

Fantastic!! The renovations are outstanding. Food outstanding. Service outstanding and than some. Can't remember the waitresses name, she's from Port, she's amazing and really makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend Tuggy's!!

've been going there every week for some time now and most of the time my visits have been great, but the prices for the cartons I buy change depending on who is working. The same person who charges me more, is quite rude. For this... I give it 2 stars just because of this person.
