Excellent service. I am able to call and get my cat food ordered ahead of time (large bags) and they let me know it is in. All employees have been exceptional in their service skills. They carry large bags of the crystal cat litter.

Awesome staff and my pup loves to visit.EDIT: posting this a year later. This store is not the largest pet store in London but it always seems to have what you need. And yet again I must heap praise on the staff, they seem to love my bulldogs as much as I do. A big shout out to Katie!

Love this cute store!! I took my anxious dog & the amazing staff made him feel very comfortable and safe! They were so attentive and kind!! Alyssa and another women (totally forgot to ask her name) assisted me & they were both amazing!! This local location is my new favourite pet store !
