Cold fries. I paid for faster delivery.Cold bacon atorado even though I paid for priority delivery.Melted frosty that wasn't even filled to the top of the large cup.Unsealed frosty (unsanitary, unsafe).I don't recommend eating here.

Chili/cheese nachos are always so good since Wendy's has the BEST chili. Good salads when you want other options, but they removed the small sizes which was perfect to accompany your burger. I would have a burger and salad but now the salad is too big to do this. They do have the caesar salad in small size but it's their worse salad choice. The only one that's mehhhh... Bummer

Great burgers love their beef patties. Tastes good and order are accurately taken and prepared for pickup. Great fast food location compared to other competitors. Too bad they don't have as much locations as I would have loved.

Indifferent staff. Little courtesy. I asked for some hot sauce" and the young fellow said: "That's for chili". I replied I've been using it on my fries for decades. He reluctantly gave me some.Burger: I ordered the "Baconator". What a nothing burger. No lettuce

Pros: Food was hot and tasty, cashier was friendly, frosty was perfect consistency.Cons: Ketchup machine was busted up and drink area was unkept. Tables were clearly only wiped down on top as the sides had plenty of ketchup and grease. Food took quite a bit to make.

Today I had the southwest chicken salad. It was pretty good. Here is how they describe it:Herb-marinated, grilled 100% Canadian chicken breast hot off the grill, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, cool, creamy avocado, topped with Applewood smoked bacon and Renée’s Gourmet® Southwest Ranch Dressing, all on a bed of Wendy's signature lettuce blend. It's zesty and Southwesty!The chicken was delicious, and the cheese and avocado were plentiful. The salad dressing was perfect for this type of salad.The only thing that was missing was that they forgot to put the bacon on it! It was probably even more delicious if it came with bacon.That's why I only gave it four stars. Because somebody screwed up. If they ran out of bacon they should have told us.We went through the drive-thru and the customer service was very nice.

My husband and I went to Wendy's for breakfast this morning worst meal we have ever gotten. The biscuit was so hard on top you could knock on it and it wouldn't break, the egg was so flat and dry like a piece of plastic and the sausage was so burnt it was dried out. We showed it to the server and just didn't say too much just that she was sorry and said she'd see what she could do. We just threw it out and left. I've been to Wendy's before for lunch and it's always so good, but this I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Very disappointed

Went today around 3:25 pm even though the cashier scanned my app to get points (I honestly feel the workers there are clueless about it) I didn't get points and the burgers were flavorless :/

Dirty dinning room, employee talking very loud and having what’s seems to be a party.... could be cleaning the table which would be actually help the place look better! Food wise it’s ok it’s a Wendy’s like all others.... and now the ladies employees are having a party at the table next to us with a friend...I know each shift is different but manager needs to get on top of things....
