Gem Limousine

A family member recommended Gem Limousine for my wedding and decided to go with them. Couldn’t be any happier with the accommodation and service. Our driver was on time, super friendly and accommodating. The party bus was very clean and the temperature was amazing (mentioning the temperature due to bad experiences in the past with other limo companies). Overall a great experience.From the booking, scheduling to the day of service, everything was easy, simple, and smooth.I would definitely recommend Gem Limousine for anyone looking for a limo or a party bus.

I had my wedding on May 27th 2023 and I used Gem Limousine Service. they were absolutely exceptional. our driver Bill was punctual and got us to all our different destinations on time. He was courteous to make sure we had everything that we needed and always kept us smiling throughout they day. Working with Taylor to organize all the fine details was effortless as he made it extremely easy to choose the vehicles and service that I needed for the day. The vehicles that I used were always clean and the temperature was perfect for the day that we had. Hands down the best service I had.

I have nothing but words of praise for the service Gem Limousine provided my wife and I on our wedding day. The Limo arrived perfectly on time. The Limo was clean, new and stocked with drinks for the wedding party. The driver Don was also super kind, respectful and professional. We used Gem Limousine as our transportation for the wedding party to the venue and as a shuttle in the evening to take our guests back to the hotel. Greg, our driver, did a fantastic job getting us around on time. The vehicle was larger than expected and super clean. The booking process through Gem Limousine was easy and they were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend their services. Just wish we could have gotten another bottle of champagne as the Groom and groomsmen didn’t get any!

We had Gem Limo for our Daughter's wedding this past weekend. They were amazing, showed up ahead of time and our drive Bill was fantastic. Car was so clean inside and out, sparkling wine for the drive there and got us home safe and sound after the party. I would highly recommend Gem Limo. They know how to do it right.

We could not have been happier with our service on our wedding day from Gem Limousine. They safely transported our wedding party to and from multiple hotels in Hamilton. I had spoken by email with the office regarding exchanging information with the driver upon pickup so we could call to be taken home at the end of the evening. The driver, Bill, had not been made aware of anything other than drop off and as I was already nervous to get married, started to panic a little. He assured us that it would be sorted out and on our drive over he called the office and set things straight. He gave us his personal number and he was back with jokes and smiles in the pouring rain after our reception. He even gave me, the bride, a big hug at drop off. He made me and the rest of the group feel so much calmer and I can not thank him enough for being such a pleasant, patient, and professional driver. Bill was exceptional and I would recommend him and Gem to anyone!!!

Gem was absolutely amazing for our wedding. Service was on time, clean and friendly. Transportation almost always goes wrong on wedding day but not with Gem!

My group and I had a great time with Gem Limo. Greg was a fabulous driver and put up with our singing and rowdyness. Pickup and drop-off were both on time. Would recommend Gem Limo.

Top level service every time, they have the process down and deliver on it. Booked Gem for my wedding through their website, their portal is very easy to use and they get back to you quickly. Nina, our driver, was very great and we enjoyed the red carpet service. Would highly recommend!
