FUTURE TECH- PROFESSIONAL SMART PHONE REPAIRS

Excellent customer service and the first place that I will turn to in future if I ever need service on any of my devices. Future-Tech were able to get my iPhone X operating in a very short time.In December of 2022, my iPhone X suddenly stopped working. I tried to charge the phone without success and other recommended trouble-shooting. I made an appointment at the Apple Store at Ottawa Bayshore Mall and after their own diagnostics and troubleshooting they could not determine what the problem was or to get my iPhone X working again. They told me that my iPhone X phone was no longer viable and directed me back to PC Mobile to purchase another cell phone as a replacement which I did.I didn’t toss my iPhone X, and stopped by the Future-Tech store at Carlingwood Mall last Monday to ask what I should do with it. They told me to bring it in so that they could run a diagnostic test and determine next steps. I dropped it off on Saturday afternoon, received an update call before 6pm and picked the fully operational iPhone X up this early afternoon.Future-Tech appear to be more knowledgeable and capable than the techs at the Apple Genius Bar!

Smart Fix Future Tech is a great place to go for phone repairs. I had a great experience with them when I needed to get my screen fixed. They were able to fix it quickly and easily, and I was back to using my phone in no time. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Smart Fix Future Tech to anyone who needs phone repairs.

I went in today with a broken screen and a phone that was glitching and would switch apps on its own. Within 30 minutes my phone was like brand new! Super happy with the results.

Before I came to this store we (my daughter and myself) went to three other stores, (including the store where the phone was purchased) and none were able to fix the problem.Abdi identified the problem and solved it. After he finished that, we started talking to him about a totally different matter regarding frustration we were having with our facebook password. We were absolutely thrilled and amazed that he got the same facebook account up again after being without it for several months . Two different problems finished while we waited!!Both Abdi and Abe excelled in their customer service, displayed patience, respect, and obviously very skilled and up-to-date in their line of work.This was the first time at this store but definitely will be the one we go to from now on.Highly recommend this place!
