I Love Sushi
Went there for a Buffet with my family. Group of 9. A bit Pricey for a buffet for $25. They didn’t even serve water even we asked the server. Buffet table was not refilled. Aside from the food in the buffet area, we ordered Tempura as additional which is included in the buffet. But you have to order it thru the Tablet (online) We ordered 25pcs, ONLY 10pcs were served in our table. The remaining 15pcs was not. We do follow up with the server and even the one in the Till, they told us it will be serve soon. But it didn’t. The customer service so poor. We talked to the Manager and doesn’t understand much english, sorry for the word but she is. Would not recommend this to others

I Love Sushi
I Love Sushi really gives meaning to their name.I visited them again during a very busy time, and while service was slow due to so many people ordering with limited staff working, the 30-45 minute wait time between Sushi orders is very worthwhile to me because it is so good and fresh. But there is also a Chinese buffet that you can have between ordering or as an appetizer.The staff also deserve high praise, doing their best to multitask as servers taking care of customers needs, clearing tables and setting up for the next customer, and running the till. All with a smile and friendly attitude.The quality of the food is where they really shine. Fresh ingredients, time and care in preparation, and presentation are very important and it all shows with their Sushi. I can't wait until my next visit to this restaurant.

Generally, not a fan of AYCE / buffet restaurants. Was craving for sushi in wintery, snowy Regina. Didn't want to drive to downtown, so found I Love Sushi" near-by. A very nice surprise. The service was very friendly and accommodating. They offered an extensive buffet of hot Chinese food

Buffet food was always empty and a little cold. And every time we ordered food from the tablet menu it took 30mins-1hr. On top of that every time we had to follow up on the server our order didnt come thru. We asked if we could take out what we ordered because we didnt receive most of our orders but they refused and got mad at us as well. Poor customer service and food is not the best.

Very good place to find Chinese food. Sushi was great. Takes a while for you to get the food but other than that, it was a very nice place.

It is a buffet place in Regina. As at the time of my visit, it cost 18.99cad without taxes . Sushi isn't in the display, you'd have to request for them to make it. The crab meat was nice and the food was ok. The food varieties could be better. Labelling was poorly done - making it hard to know what items you were choosing. Would I go there next time?, maybe.

I haven’t been to I love sushi since 2014 and decided to go out with my wife on a Saturday. All I really like is sashimi since I don’t eat rice and stick with a very low carb diet. I put in one order at 5:58 for 12 pieces of sashimi and it didn’t arrive until 6:40! I had to go ask the front of staff where the order was twice. The lady didn’t seem to really care too much and talked to the kitchen staff. She came back and told me “later later” I did put in two more orders since I thought they might’ve missed the original order. I had to speak to her a second time, and she grabbed the iPad from us and seemed annoyed that we kept bothering her. After speaking with the waitress directly, who was serving our table our orders finally came. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food here. The sashimi was mush and not high quality, very small bite sized pieces and I completely lost my appetite after reading some people got food poisoning here. I’m not really sure what happened to this place because back in 2014 I was a satisfied customer. The washrooms were very dirty as well. Definitely not coming back to this place ever again. Makes me really sad to write this review. Feels like I wasted $66 on poor service and poor food.

I ordered online for delivery and it took over two hours to get here.Then When I opened up the ginger beef it was extremely soggy and the rest of the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a few hours. The dumplings and noodles were very bland and the desserts were also very soggy.Im never ordering from here again.

NERVER COME BACK.It was unacceptable service and problem solving at I love sushi.We've been waiting for more than 1 hour to have 2 plates of meat, 1 miso soup, a tiny scallop and a bowl of adamame. I ordered 20 items but after 1 hour it came with a little of food showed as photo below. When we ask the server and he told us to wait another 15 minutes to get more food (not all of what we ordered) whereas the whole restaurant had 4 tables at the time and everyone had nothing on their table either. We decided to leave as we lost our patient and starving. We got charged fully at $27.99/person (time 3) and the child at $12.99. It was about $100 for 2 plate of meat, 1 soup and 1 tiny scallop which is unacceptable. I requested to speak to the manager Mr Ming who wasnt there at the time. I had to call him, he doesnt speak English and he needs translation from someone else. Finally I got charge almost $60 for what we got.You, as a restaurant, better seriously look into your customer service to make the people coming back after an issue happens.
