Value Village

I frequent this location often and it is by far the worst customer service out of all of the local Value Villages. I went in, donated my clothes to the bin by the front door, then went to grab a 20% coupon for donating from the cashier (like every other value village) who told me i have to prove/have a witness that i donated to get the coupon… I’ve been accused of switching tags on a pair of shoes when i’m paying $100+. The cashiers tell you that they need to scan all your items when no other customer has the same issue. If they have a problem with theft then they need to find a better solution instead of making innocent people feel like criminals every time they go into their store.

Listen folks, let me tell you, this Value Village is tremendous. It's the best thrift store I've ever seen, and believe me, I've seen a lot of thrift stores. The selection is incredible, just incredible. You won't believe the deals you can get here, folks. And the quality of the merchandise is top-notch, let me tell you.The staff is fantastic, really fantastic. They're so friendly and helpful, you'll feel like you're at a 5-star hotel. And the prices, let me tell you, the prices are unbeatable. You won't find a better deal anywhere else.I've been to a lot of thrift stores in my time, but this one really stands out. It's a great place to find unique items and bargains, and it's all for a good cause. So if you want to save some money and help out your community, this is the place to be. It's a winner, folks, a real winner.

Large board games and puzzles section. Was able to find a few good things to pick up in the 2/3 times I went there. Very large location, well organized, and lots of space between racks and aisles. It is not too busy during the week day. Good sized parking lot shared with H-Mart. Would recommend for those looking for games and puzzles to do in their spare time. There are 4 self check outs near the exit. Reminder that they only donate a small portion of the money from the items they receive to charity. The rest minus expenses are pure profit for them.

I am disappointed with my shopping experience and planning not to shop there again but most importantly over the years I've always donated to them large amounts of beautiful clothes even with tags on and nice furniture. Not sending my donations to them anymore. Last evening I shopped there and bought 9 pieces of clothes. I realized that as a senior I would have a discount today. I went back this morning to do return and repurchase. They refused & did not want to even consider as a one time exception out of good will. Spoke to lady at cash and the manager. They were not considerate at all. Very sad ...and disappointed with the institution I've donates thousands of dollars over the years.

As much as I love Value Village, their prices have made it difficult to buy used when new options are only 20-30% more. It is hit or miss. Some inexpensive items can be an awesome deal! Some higher end items not so much. This particular location is clean and has a decent selection. The staff are friendly especially in the donation section. Make sure you grab a 20% off coupon when donating so you can take advantage of some discounted items.

Went here today and found a computer bag that said 12.99 and the tag came off while I was going around to other sections, I told the lady it was listed at 12.99. She said 'no it was not listed at 12.99.' told me the price would be 19.99 told her no thanks. The 12.99 tag ended up being attached to my knee on my pants, which I found when I sat down in my vehicle. Won't be back after being called a liar.

Prices have gone way over the top. Value Village is getting greedy and trying to stop resellers. Saw a nice NFL jersey $70. I bought the same one brand new for 50 bucks. Under Armour light rain jacket $49.....$69 brand new at the outlet store. 70 buck for a pair of binoculars. I do like the store staff they are friendly. Lots of parking. Wheel chair accessibly

THIS REVIEW IS FOR LOLIETA, SUPERVISOR ON SAT 05/27 WHO ACCUSED ME OF SWITCHING TAGSHad an awful and humiliating experience, “supervisor” accused me of switching tags on items I was trying to exchange and told me to drive 30 mins to Victoria drive location so they can pull up the video and make sure it was the same items… This lady literally scrutinized the length of the tags which doesn’t make sense at all!!! Avoid this lowly old and wrinkly Persian lady if you don't wanna be humiliated!!

Prices were good, compared to the Value Village closer to home (Prince George) and the selection was far superior. Unfortunately, there was a lot of the same sort of unsellable junk in the art a dishware areas. So, good but not fantastic. I did notice quite a few people waiting at the locked displays, and waiting to buy their items, so apparently they are quite understaffed.
