Looking for pet store in burnaby last weekend. I found this place on google maps. It is the first visit here and I ask the store if they offer any grooming service. The employees here showed the plans they offer and setup an appointment for the next day. This truly was the easiest encounter as the staff was knowable and friendly. Thank you for this amazing experience!

They do an ok job of grooming your pet but they lie about letting your pet roam around the store. The dogs stay locked up in cages until you come and get them while THEIR ill-behaved dogs reek havoc on owners and dogs entering the store. This groomer also does NOT verify any medical records or vaccines for dogs which puts every dog that comes to visit at risk. Wish I knew this before we visited. My dog used to be completely fine with getting groomed for 9 years until I brought him here and now does anything to get away from it. I don’t know what happened but I’m done bringing my dog here... ☹️

This place is amazing to get your dog groomed. They made my dog look beautiful and not like a rat! This business is so friendly, the people are so kind. They did a very good job!!!

One star is NOT low enough! Took my dog in for a light trim. When I picked him up, he was shaved. They also keep the dogs in cages on the wall for 3+ hours at a time.This place is cheap but the way they mistreat the animals and the way they don’t listen to what the owner of the dogs ask for I can see why is so cheap now. Terrible service.I will be avoiding walking past this place let alone going in.DO NOT GO HERE!

I was a bit skeptical of this place due to how quickly I could get an appointment and some of the reviews. However, my husband and I were happy with the service; the cut, the efficiency and how relaxed our dogs were after their appointment. So far, best groomer in Burnaby. Thank you and we will be returning with both of our King Charles Cavaliers soon!

Fantastic services and reasonable prices! Their staffs are very nice and are willing to help and support. I have two dogs. Both of them have great experience here. After petsmart refused to groom my dog because of the big knot on her head, I asked many groomer, one de fur was the only groomer who accept her and they did a really good job. For other dog of mine, the staff there gave me many advices and help. Really nice place and good staff! Beautiful cloths with reasonable prices!

Recently went here with my cat, had to find one of the few stores that still grooms cats at a reasonable price! The workers clearly care a lot about animals and try their best to make both the animals and their owners happy. I was informed that at one point in the grooming session my cat became violent with the workers and I quickly rushed back to the store to calm her down. Throughout the entire experience the workers were both understanding and empathetic, finishing the job despite the trouble we caused. Thank you guys so much for grooming Ahri, we will definitely come back for her next cut :)

I send my dog for grooming here every month. Great service and very friendly staff! They have even held a birthday party for my dog. My picky dog is also obsessed with their treats. Good quality and reasonably priced.
