I explained my situation that my battery keep draining even with new battery from costco. They just checked the battery and tight up the screw. They told me that is all they can do. because this drain may caused by loose connection. I told them that the new battery was connected well. but they are not interested to help me out and charge me $50.I would say this is so unprofessional and maybe I should find a electrical shop instead of auto shop. And my car is 2016 rdx. If you have same issue, that might be blue tooth or handfree device has issue. check google that might help

During Covid19, we are not sure how we could be safely waiting at the autoshop while car is being in service. We are amazed that this store is well prepared for that. K5 autoshop provides a safe environment equipped with UV disinfection!Worry free to wait there. The wait wasn't long and our car brakes got fixed timely.The people there truly care about your car including customer services. We inquired if we pay e-transfer since we concern about handling cash or even our credit card contacts. Unbelievably, they accept e-transfer. Overall, Our experience is smooth and nice.

We are very happy with the car care at K5.The attention to detail is outstanding and, the care by Jackson for my infiniti Q50 is well done. I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced at a reasonable rate. The waiting area cleanliness and their safety measure are excellent. Will use them in the future.K5, Thanks for doing a good job !

Worst auto shop, Worst sevice, Be aware of this Auto shopMy vehicle is bmw m340i (9300km)Yesterday I looked for a good review auto shop to change to winter tires.The place i finally found was k5auto. After changing to winter tires, i came home and noticed scratches digging inside where curb rash on rim.So i called this morning and talked with shop owner on the phone. He said we never make mistakes and we can never scratch because we have used plastic tool. Nothing we can do even if we see the scratch. He didn’t even apologize.This is huge disappointment how they handled this manner. I will never recommend this place.
