I am a former employee of this hell hole and I believe its honesty hour. I would give this place a negative star review if I could. Firstly, all the employees in this shop are a bunch of pushovers who are too busy throwing each other under the bus to kiss ass for the owner Doug. I worked here for about 3 weeks in May, 2017. I am the 10th new employee to quit since February because of the abusive owner. During my time working for the owner, Douglas Landry, I was abused verbally, emotionally and physically on a daily basis. He would blame it on personal issues. I was treated more like a slave rather than a valued, new" employee from the very first day I started there. I tried to hang in there for just a few more weeks since I was moving to London at the end of July but the owner would belligerently pick me apart and belittle me infront of customers and my other employees. He is also extremely unapproachable

We have been using this flower shop for the last few years and have spent a lot of money there but I can assure you that I will never return to this joint after being treated so rudely by the owner of this business.My wife’s brother passed away last week and our nephews who live in California asked us to send a nice flower arrangement to the funeral home from a local flower shop. Three days before the viewing we came in to this place and ordered an arrangement and I asked them if they could take a picture of the flower arrangement and e-mail it to me so that I could share the picture with my nephews who were paying for the flowers. That e-mail was never sent to me.On the day of the visitation at the funeral home we looked for the flowers but they nowhere to be found so I asked one of the employees and he looked around in other rooms and assured us that all the flowers that were delivered were in the room near the casket.On the next morning (the day of the funeral) I called the flower shop at 9:10 am and left a message for someone to call me back and after waiting 20 minutes and never getting a call I once again called them on my way to the funeral home and this time someone answered the phone. I explained the situation and the lady on the phone put me on hold for about 5 minutes while she looked for the order. When she returned, she told me that she had found the order but needed to call the owner to see if the flowers had been delivered and that she would call me right back and of course I never got a call back.After the funeral was over I decided to drop by this flower shop with my wife to inquire about the mix up and was greeted by a very nice and polite employee who asked me if I needed help finding anything so I politely told her the situation once again and asked her if she could find my invoice. Before she could say anything, the owner of the shop walked in from another room with the invoice in his hand as if he was waiting for me to come in and started yelling at my wife and I who were still grieving the loss of her brother. He told us that he had delivered the flowers himself and that it was not his fault that they were not in the room and that this happens all the time with funeral homes and (using profanity) he said that he’s sick and tired of taking the blame. I asked him if he had a signature on the invoice from the person who received the flowers at the funeral home, but he replied that he does not get signatures when he makes deliveries to this particular funeral home. I told him that I was not blaming anybody and that I was simply trying to find out where the mix up happened to see who was responsible to reimburse us the $125.43 that we paid for the flowers. With his voice trembling with rage he told me once again that it was not his fault walked to the front door and opened it and told us to get out of his property. At this point I looked at his employee (who was visibly embarrassed by his conduct) and asked her why is he yelling and so out of control and asked her if I could deal with her instead of dealing with this person. She just looked down at the floor with embarrassment and didn’t reply. He even went as far as picking up the phone and pretending that he was calling the police to have us escorted out. By this time I had enough and told him that I was never returning to this place again to which he replied “good, we don’t want your business anyway”. My wife who had been a loyal customer to this business left in tears.After this unpleasant episode at this flower shop, I dropped by the funeral home and it was refreshing to deal with someone in a very professional and friendly manner. I told them the whole story and without knowing which business had made the mistake, the employee of the funeral home (not the owner) made the decision to pay us back the full amount that we paid for the flowers. As he said to us “mistakes do happen sometimes, but you folks have been through enough today and don’t deserve to be treated this way”.

STAY AWAY !!!!!! The owner is an extremely poor excuse of a human being. This owner should refrain from being engaged with customers or he should just sell his business. Horrible man with a horrific attitude. Customer service does NOT exist here. If your order goes off without a hitch, you are extremely fortunate to not have to deal with this person. My aunt (who is a senior), after losing her brother, made a simple inquiry about the status of her order for the funeral home and for no reason what so ever was abusively yelled at by the owner of this shop to the point that she was in tears. I would recommend never using this shop. There are plenty of other flower shops in Cambridge who I am sure would appreciate the business. Our large network of friends and family will all be hearing about this experience.

70$ for a my flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day in a vase and no vase. Really not impressed. I figured for that kindov money they would be in a vase arranged beautifully, guess not. I called and asked for a bouquet of Gerber Daisy's and there's only 3...Very disappointing

Ladies and Gentleman simply amazing customer service! You will be amazed!!Quality was second too none! As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by a very knowledgeable staff member(Dianne I believe), she was quick to help and make sure I left with exactly what suited my needs for both family members during a stressful family situation. She very beautifully wrapped them and took great care of the orders. Her knowledge and pride in her work was beyond apparent and greatly appreciated. They made both family meambers days and definitely put a bright side on the day. I cannot thank you enough! Will be coming back without a doubt!!!
