Sharp Bus Lines Limited

I've worked many places but never seen such an unprofessional company like this Sharp Bus Lines. I applied for the job and when I applied the time schedule it showed 8:30 am starting . When the Manager Jason interviewed me asked me can I make it at 7:30 am. I agreed on that . When they confirmed the job they asked me to start from 6:30. I still managed. I took my notebook and pen so that I can make notes and learn . Atleast a new employee needs 3 days to adapt new techniques and softwares. They didn't bother to teach at all. I was the one who showed interest. After my first day performance they put wrong accusations that I was not capable. I worked with A Better Company than this and I had been praised for my performance but this Sharp Bus Lines are really choosy. There were many things I didn't like . They made lots of negative comments about their employees. Which I found unprofessional.

We had a great experience this year with Sharp Bus Lines thanks to our driver , Jimmy George, (route T101, École Élémentaire Charles Sauriol). Jimmy was very punctual, super nice, great with kids, and easy to talk to. It felt safe to have him drive our kids to school. The kids liked him a lot and were happy when he became the permanent bus driver for our route. And the parents loved him too! We hope Jimmy comes back to our route next year. He is the best!

Sharp Bus Line is not just a company of workers, they all treat their workers as family. They are very understanding and friendly. I enjoy working with Sharp and am happy to say I am a part of their company.

After I red reviews I have no wonder why this sharp school bus is worst in their service. Everyday the bus is always late at least 60 minutes. We already complained but there is no improvement. For 2 days we didnt get notifications then she said I have to ask school why I didnt get notifications. What school can do about that? Before, when my son went to Selwyn school, we never had any bad experience with the other school bus. But now my son moves to another school, since the school starts, the sharp bus is always late. I hope TDSB wont use your service any more.

The worst bus company we've experienced.when my daughter was in a school before pandemic, school bus from this company was a total joke, no bus or more than 1hour delay. We moved to a new school this year, and morning bus from stock was punctual as usual. I was waiting at the bus zone for over one hour and finally saw my daughter. I didn't get any notice. Terrible service, you can never get any person answer the phone.

When the bus is late, they blame a lack of employees and expect that to be accepted. Hey, how's this for an idea: hire G2 drivers. Lots of them around!

Our driver , Jimmy George, (route T101, École Élémentaire Charles Sauriol) was amazing. Punctual to the exact second, great with kids, always smiling and very safe driving. Our boys loved him and so did all the parents. We really hope to have him again next year.

i was at one of the Sharp bus lines depots. why isn't the bus having its oil changed at regular intervals? - when the oil is so black, you cannot see the writing which you should - that's a sign things aren't being done properly - cutting corners on engine-oil! - of all the things.that's only one concern...

This bus is late to Pleasant Public school at least for 30 minutes, every day.Despite of multiple calls and complaints, there is 0 progress in the behaviour of the driver and the company. Your delays cause us tons of problems.You are the worst school bus company we ever experienced.I will really appreciate, if you just go out of business and stop loosing your face!!!
