Highly recommend midwest, they answered my call after hours when i was experiencing troubles with my alarm system, Steven answered my hopes and prayers and i appreciate all his hard work. If he was a single guy i probably would have asked to go for coffee. 10/10.

No one ever answers the phone and when you do get a chance to talk to someone it seems like they never pass the message along that you need a service call done...very disappointed with the new management.
