An absolute gong show. Managed terribly, not sure how they operate. They use cheap imported chemicals. They DO NOT care at all about customers. Frequently ship products months late because shipments don’t come because they can’t afford to pay for them. Nothing good to say at all.

Looking for any acknowledgement from anyone over at Agracity as they owe the transportation company that hauled 22 loads quite a sum of money, and have not heard from anyone. We have reached out to numerous people on numerous occasions to no avail.

Everyone there was awesome to be with. Except the Receiving Supervisor that will harass you and swear at you even tho you ca hear him saying it quietly. He's rude and doesn't like his job. His attitude unprofessional.

I have been owed a refund by Agricity for months. No one answers the phones or calls back. I paid for product nov of 2021 never received the correct order and cancelled the product that would be months late. No refund. Will not be doing business with them if this continues.
