Dr. M.G. Joundi

I saw Dr. Joundi several months ago and I have nothing negative to say. Yes the wait time in his office was long but from what I understand he is one of the fastest dermatologist specialist to get in to because he squeezes several appointments into a day. I'm ok with that considering I did not want to wait 6 months to deal with my issue. Dr. Joundi was able to determine what my condition was and came up with a treatment that helped. He did not rush me out the door and he took the time to answer my questions.

Dr Joundi is one the best dermatologist I have seen and I've seen a lot of dermatologist in Winnipeg. He's very kind, listen and answer your questions and he knows what he's doing. Just be prepare for the wait time , he's 1 Dr with a lot of patients

Every time I come here, it's an all-night wait, kinda like a hospital emergency room. I see people every time walkout and get frustrated waiting. They way over book. Lots of patients and only 1 doctor. The doctor is really good, but it how they run things and book that's the big issue for me. I also had some testing done. No one called me. If it weren't for over booking, I'd give it 4 stars because the doctor is good at what he does, and he's not out to gouge you out of money like some others.Update, since they moved to Marion. The service was much better, and answering the phone is much better. The doctor is very good and knowledgeable and very fair on price.

I'm not in the business a bad-mouthing doctors but I was made to wait 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time and then he did not listen to the history of my condition and prescribed me something I told him has not worked for me in the past. Then he told me to make another follow-up in 6 months. I fired him immediately.

The whole experience was negative. Took months to see the doctor, then 2 hour wait to see him beyond my scheduled time. Then the doctor prescribed 1 face cream and 1 anti-biotic. The face cream was 140 bucks, not coverd by blue cross. But then the anti-biotic he prescribed was similar to estrogen based birth control. I'm a male. When I asked about how the medications worked, he didnt have an answer. Now I am seeing other doctors due to the side effects of the medication... THE WORST!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Joundi for over twenty years and have nothing bad to say about him. Okay, the waiting time in his office is long, but we know that and take something to read along. No problem. He is a knowledgeable doctor and has always found and cured our skin issues. He never rushes with his examinations and he cares.

I had never been to this doctor before, appon arrival there was no receptionist to check me in. I had to wait 5 mins for someone, and then another hour and a half to see the doctor! My appointment time was 4:15pm and didn't end up leaving till 6:30!! I was not impressed at all, this was completely unprofessional and I refused to book a follow up appointment.

Tried booking an appointment. They never answer their phones. Never reach back even though I left voice mails.

Ridiculous waiting time even with an appointment. Had a biopsy done 2 month ago, and I called in numerous times asking for lab results. The answers I get within few days apart are: the result is not ready, I will let the doctor know which he never calls back of course. What's funny is they keep schedule me for more appointments which I completely don't understand. If you don't have the lab results, how do you know what to treat me with?! I think they are just abusing health Care system by booking meaningless appointments. Wasting patients time and grabbing health-care money! Don't even bother to call. No one answers or call back!Canada needs to fix it. In the U.S. your doctor offices are really good at getting back and tell you your situation.
