Nothing special. Just average drive n park storefront plaza. However this plaza area have everything you can think of - best buy, home depot, Wal Mart, winners, LCBO, weed store, PetSmart. GameStop and restaurants. Superstore too.

Mercato is da bomb. A little of everything for all. Deli bar. Coffee & Freshly baked goods anyone? Fresh produce or daily pre-packaged veg on special. Try it. Chatham's only Mercato.

I'm always around this plaza because it's close to home. There's Canadian Tire, Giant Tiger, Dollarama, and small bunch of stores too, that are relevant to everyday living.Lots of parking and safe ebtrances and exits.

Just found this jem during a visit recently. Love this store as my husband is from Scotland and misses his traditional foods. I'm able to buy his sweets plus his haggis etc. Now I'll be stopping in for now on when I visit. Had a very pleasant chat with the lovely British lady who was working. Cheers!

⚠️ Good shopping mall but….⚠️ Double Curbed driving lanes run through the parking lot from the main entrance and they’re not very visible at night. I have seen no less than 4 vehicles destroyed by accidentally ploughing over them. Fortunately, so far, it seems no one’s been seriously hurt. It’s my opinion that a little yellow paint on those curbs would be prudent. ⚠️

The stores I shop in are great (giant Tiger, Canadian tire, Dollarama, Pet value, Mercato's) but the actual mall itself is outside is dirty. Garbages over flowing, garbage all over the sidewalk and parking lot. It would be good if they had someone on staff to keep the public areas clean.
