I was somewhat skeptical about dealing with a small dealership but on having the car inspected by my mechanic I was reassured that everything was exactly as Jamie had told me it was. He wasn't the least bit pressuring and not being sure of the answer to my question about towing the car behind an RV he looked it up for me right there and then! I was concerned about an airbag sensor and not only did their mechanic fix it immediately but Jamie personally drove the car home the night before I bought it to make sure it was fixed! I'm a single senior woman and have enjoyed my purchase for a few months now and I'm so impressed by how I was treated!!

Finally found a reasonably priced car at 4 Wheel Deals in Sooke online, after reading a mountain of reviews with a 5 star rating I thought ok maybe too good to be true. Well after visiting and purchasing that same car I realized they were absolutely a 5 start dealer, Jamie and Cole were very accommodating and professional with no fast talk and providing all the vehicle history up front, I felt absolutely no pressure for a sale. After a test drive I was sold on the car and the dealership. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience with Jamie and Cole while I purchased my car. All the paper work was ready prior to me coming in and it was quick and painless.I had some issues with the car the day I bought it and Cole came and picked it up and took it back to the shop and fixed the issue and then returned my car back to me! “Reputation is everything…” This dealership is a breath of fresh air. Jamie and Cole are personable and professional with an excellent approach to sales. Their low pressure responses and respect tipped the scales when I was indecisive about which dealership to go to at first. My test drive, inspection, and transaction with Jamie was painless and swift. Even the auto insurance broker knew 4WD to be a good experience. And even though my truck had a dash light go on the day after purchase, I called 4WD. Cole was quick to respond, welcoming and talked through lots of options on the lot as to what we needed. Very competitive pricing and so easy to deal with. All transaction done within an hour and we drove away in our new to us ride. Highly recommend this trip to Sooke.
