i believe that Catherine has a magic aura" that is evident when she works with her fur students. She gets results so quickly when dealing with behaviour problems that have persisted for years! Not only did my pups do as they were told by Catherine

This is more in response to Uta G’s feedback. So she used a choke collar, a prong collar and an e-collar on your dog? Wow you must have a well behaved dog! Those collars are called “training” collars for a reason! If used correctly they don’t hurt the dog at all! You say nothing about your well behaved dog at all. Catherine is an awesome trainer! I would highly recommend Cathrine to anyone that has a dog with any issues major or minor. Boot camp really works as long as you follow up! Thank you Cathrine!

We would like to shout out to Catherine for all her amazing help! For starters Catherine is an amazing human whose energy and positive personality is contagious. She has guided our family with several different training skills that have changed the behaviour of our Aussie Levi". She has taught us that we are the leaders of the pack and that we need to provide this security for our boy. He has had difficulty with service people that come to our house and he would become very agitated and anxious

Catherine is an amazing dog trainer and teacher. Our goldendoodle puppy had many behavioural issues including aggressiveness, biting and resource guarding. Through Catherine’s Puppy Boot Camp and individual and group training sessions she helped transform our puppy into a more loving and obedient dog. Anytime we need help or guidance, she has always been there. We would be lost without Catherine and cannot thank her enough.

There is simply no one better to help you train your dog, whether you have a minor issue or a big behavior problem. Catherine is the best there is. Working with animals is not a job for her; it is a calling. It would be dramatic to say she saved my dog's life...but she did save my dog's QUALITY of life.

We can't say enough great things about Catherine and My Bark Avenue Academy!! We have a King Shepherd that is 6 months old and weighs about 80lbs and would lose her mind if another dog came near her, she would bark and jump and act aggressive. We put her in bootcamp with a wish list of wanting that behaviour to stop, she was great with everything else. Well we picked our baby up yesterday and headed to the trailer today, she still barked a wee bit but Thanks to Catherine we corrected her and she was FINE!!!.This is the best decision a dog owner can make to have a well behaved dog,we highly recommend My Bark Avenue. All our Thanks Ray and Lianne and of course Callie

I can not thank Catherine enough for all the help she has provided me with my Boston Terrier puppy. Ella has completed boot camp and came home a completely different, well behaved puppy. Catherine never stopped helping me once boot camp was over. I had a few issues after camp and Catherine said to bring her back i want to help, i am so grateful for her dedication and for never giving up on me or Ella. We enrolled in beginner training classes and they are teaching both myself and Ella so much more then I ever expected. Ella loves going to class each week, she gets so excited.Catherine and her team are amazing, could not ask for better people !!

My Bark Avenue was wonderful! We brought our two year old puppy, Milo in because he struggles with over excitement /jumping with people and dogs. Catherine was great to work with! She is so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease to leave my puppy with her. When we picked up Milo we were so impressed- he was SIGNIFICANTLY more calm. Catherine’s training teaches you what to do and WHY so that you and your pup remember and can sustain it. Highly recommend!

Our 3.5 month old cane corso (Doc) came home from his 8 day bootcamp with Cathy about 10 days ago and we are blown away by the skills he came home with. Before we found My Bark Avenue, Doc behaved like he was the leader in our home. He was mouthing us pretty badly with his sharp puppy teeth, grabbing our clothing, lunging on the couch, and pretty much bullying myself and our 15 year old girls. We couldn’t connect with him and love him up like we wanted to without him thinking we were the chew toy. We were at the end of our rope so I went searching for some help and found Cathy! Cathy got on the phone with me and explained everything she does and I literally felt the stress drain out of my body. I knew we were going to get the help we needed. Don’t get me wrong, I cried as I drove away after dropping him off. I have always had mastiff breeds and we have always taken them to trainings in groups or one on one, but never had I dropped my dog off for training before. But I must say, the cane corso is a different mastiff breed all together and nothing we have been taught in then past was working. When we picked him he was so calm and balanced. He no longer felt like he needed to be the leader. She showed us all the incredible things that he learned and afterwards we were all trained on how to continue at home. He hasn’t put his mouth on any one of us since the day I took him to Cathys. He waits before entering a room or going up the stairs. He no longer picks up rocks or other stuff and if he does he drops it. He listens to leave it" and "off" and we he can lay on his “place” mat while we cook or eat dinner and he wont move off the mat until we say. The best part is we can squish him and squeeze him and love him up
