Called, emailed, texted for emergency service. Got a return call 3 days later. I was told damage to my rv was my own fault and to tie up my awning to get my trailer 8 hours home. Then I was told that nobone had parts and that they were 4-6 weeks away and it would cost me too much money! So I told them I had already gotten someone to come and fix the trailer with the correct parts they had in stock! Terrible service. Luckily I don't live near Owen Sound.

Exceptional customer service!! Dealing with Steve the maintenance and parts manager he was very quick to resolve any issues we had and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met promptly!! Their service tech Rick was quick to respond and very thorough when fixing any issues! He offered professional advice to help maintain my unit in tip top shape! I highly recommend dealing with this team!!

I’d rather give no stars. This just happened 05/11/19. The Fridge didn’t work in our new jayco. Lakeview RV wouldn’t give us the time of day. I tried to explain that we were in their area for two to three weeks. But, He wouldn’t even take a look or book me an appointment. Told me to bring it to selling dealership. That’s all he would tell me over and over. I had to go buy a small refrigerator from Canadian tire to keep food cold until we can get home and find someone to fix our trailer. Pretty disgusting service if you ask me.

They offer a quality product offered by Jayco with best warranty on the market. Sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Service department is very eager to please it's happy customers. This is what keeps return clients. Would highly recommend this Jayco dealership.

What a wonderful dealership!The staff there are wonderful! I had purchased a Jayco trailer just prior to these guys opening.When the lights on my trailer were recalled due to them being a fire risk, Lakeview RV worked with the dealership I had purchased my trailer from to have my lights replaced as they are much closer to home than the other dealership.The sales man Jason, the parts man Steve and the RV the RV tech were all fantastic! I would recommend anyone to go and check out this new dealership!

Great guys, Don and Reid made our purchase effortless and squeezed us in so I could pick up early last Sat. and not have to travel on the long weekend (May be a quiet one this year in Ontario) Glad we did the 2 hour drive, most RV sales Companies didn't even respond to our request to view there units. Love our New Jayco RV, looks and tows amazing!!
