Called for an estimate and was pleasantly impressed by the response time provided. Professional representative came and was provided an estimate as promised. Was pleasantly impressed with the overall service and estimate as well.Will be happy to have Fred Hook Ltd do the work for me.

The people that you talk to on the phone are nice but seems to have an .We are opening up a commercial kitchen I'm at Fred Hook come in and look at the exhaust system. They told me they would have an engineer and look at it and have an estimate for us by the end of the week or early next week - but the estimate never came in. I called our service contact twice - and in both cases information was coming but never arrived.Maybe it's just that they are too busy. But they had told me twice that they would be able to help us get open and in the end they delayed us by 1 to 2 weeks. Pretty disappointed.

We called and asked them to come out to look at our furnace which was sounding off and has now stopped working. They said they would come by either by the end of the day yesterday or today but never showed up or called us to tell us they could not make it. When we called the after hours call centre said they would only come out now if we paid extra. A phone call to tell us they could not come until Monday would have been nice as we have an infant and the temperatures have fallen below 0.Edit: We ended up calling back on the Monday and were told we weren't on their list (they found our information in the computer but somehow it was missed somewhere along the line). The gentleman that came out to the house was excellent; he did everything we needed and more. Updated to three stars because he did such a great job, it's just a shame things weren't more organized.

There mission statement is nothing but empty words. This company failed to show up at a scheduled appointment to fix my moms furnace. Didn't even call to reschedule leaving her in the cold. ShamefullDaniel and her team acknowledged they make a mistake and did everything they could to fix it right away. This shows honesty and integrity which us hard to fund today. Thank you from my family to yours

I had a noisy central air unit that was causing a reverberating noise inside the house. It was driving me crazy. I called Fred Hook (my call wasn't an emergency) and the guys came a couple of days later and serviced the unit, making the unit much quieter. Now the noise is almost imperceptible. A much appreciated job well done. Thank you.

He explained important information and was very thorough in the inspections he completed for us. It is because of him that Fred Hook Ltd will be getting more work from us.It was a job well done…. Guy was really nice, fast and accommodating. A bit on the pricey side but when you need the job done right you pay.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Contacted them to fix my furnace, found the problem but never got back to me regarding warranty part, we have been out of heat for 3 weeks and it's all because they can't be bothered putting in a claim for the part. I called the manufacturer and supplier and have all the info. It is not a difficult process but maybe because they can't upcharge me for the part they refused.BONUS: lied about Maytag not making parts and that he has to pay out of pocket for it. I called the manufacturer and that is not true.Dishonest and Lazy!
