I would 110% recommend this auto shop! Very professional, helpful & friendly. I needed new tires badly & these guys were amazing. They were up front about the prices & work needing to be done & I couldn't be happier. I felt so lucky that they were able to fit me in right away too. Great shop & excellent service. I will be back.

Awesome service! I went in for a tire rotation and they found that I had 1mm left on my back brakes. They were so good....they ordered me parts that day and fixed it ASAP! I had to drive 400km to work the next day and was so happy knowing I had new brakes. They helped me out greatly. Very satisfied customer.

A rep made a mistake in quoting me a price on light truck tires that can’t be put on a heavy duty truck. When I showed up for the install, they informed me of the error and scrambled to find a replacement. They found a set, got them on the same day, and cut me a break on the price difference. Can’t ask for much more, they screwed up, but they made it right.

I understand that everyone is under staffed and over worked. However, when I bought new snow tires, had them installed, aligned etc. I was not expecting the response I received. I left the shop and returned after more than three hours. I asked if my car was ready and was told it just needed the alignment. I said okay, how much longer? He said: It could be half an hour or two and a half hours. I didn't know how to respond.Maybe he was having a bad day.Car was ready in forty-five minutes.

We tried to have our car serviced but the guy at reception was so disgruntled and un accommodating we walked out and found a much better shop.Glad we dodged a bullet here as we have heard very similar stories about this location since

I left an earlier 1 star review because of receiving 2 year old stock new tires. The manager has since contacted me & offered to make things right. So even though they shouldn’t be dumping their old stock & most people wouldn’t know how to check.They did their best to make it right.

Very disappointed with the service.Made an appointment for Thursday morning at 8:30am. Drop the truck off Wednesday before closing so they had the truck first thing. Had a slow leak and a sensor to be replaced. Figured it would take 1hour to fix. So after 2hours after my appointment time and not hearing anything I call to see where the truck is at. They said it was done the Wednesday night but he was going to check with the service manager and call me back. (Thanks for letting me know). So I waited another 45mins and I called back. He said the truck would be ready In another hour. So they completely forgot to do my truck and not get back to me. Now it’s 12:30. I go down to pick it up and they try to charge me for the flat repair witch I have to remind them I bought the tires there and don’t have to pay for a flat repair. As for the sensor they couldn’t reset it cause the guy didn’t know how to use the machine. This shop wasn’t busy at all. There were no cars in the shop and the employees were just standing around. I will never go back to this place and I suggest anyone looking for tires or repair to reconsider. Customer service sucks.

Tire staff are great. But beware, because Kal Tire will dump their old stock on you.Learn how to read the manufacturer’s date code. My new tires are almost 2 years old..

There is excellent customer service and then there is the service I received yesterday from Scott & Veronica @ Kal Tire. I cannot even put into words how thankful and appreciative I am for their help and kindness. In what was a very stressful situation, they managed to get me back on the road within suitable time even with a very booked up shop. Scott took it upon himself to use his lunch hour to get my vehicle in so that I could be on my way to Calgary sooner than later. Thank you again for everything yesterday.

Superior service. Staff met me at the door. and while I was waiting the staff drove a lady home after her husband couldn't come and get her. They didn't even hesitate offering to drive her home. They have my business for life.
