Palgong Tea
I first had bubble tea in Vancouver and fell in love. Since then I have been ordering bubble tea at every new place that pops up in Kelowna, trying to find a tea that lived up to my first experience and everyone fell short of great. Until I found Palgong Tea!This place is legit! It’s hands down the best bubble tea I’ve had and even better than the delicious one I originally had in Vancouver.The strawberry green tea with strawberry foam, 25% sweet and pearls is SO good. I highly recommend.The service has also been really good every time we have went and they are so patient with my kids, taking their time going through their whole selection.This place is well worth visiting and supporting!

We had the honey dew and taro slushie with pearls. The pearls were perfect texture. The drinks were delicious. Thank you Palgong! You’re now one of our places to go for boba tea. We will be back.

the owners and staff were super kind and amazing people, but i wish i could speak as highly about their drinks.. i got a large matcha milk tea with red bean and it was a little disappointing. the photo shows how ridiculous the drink to topping ratio is. i barely got any red bean. the drink itself is also too watery and doesn't have a strong matcha flavor (although i will admit matcha is quite subjective). nevertheless, i feel like i should get more toppings for the price that i paid. :-/

Very cute, and very friendly! Got the strawberry cheesecake tea with pearls and grass jelly. Gotta be the best bubble tea I've ever had. Super close to my workplace too, so I'll definitely be visiting frequently.

Drink taste was good. Customer service wasn't the best. Small space to sit/ order drink. Overall, I would go again but definitely not my top choice.

The owners were really nice and they even gave my friend and I free macarons! 10/10 service and delish boba! I will definitely be coming back<333We got the Tiramisu Milk Tea and the Winter melon Milk Tea
