I was interested in a water rower listed on FB Marketplace. Both the owners represented that the sale would have a 30 day warranty and that the unit the unit would connect to blue tooth. I could not get any connectivity and had problems from the start with the foot harness. One of the stirrups broke almost immediately. I left several messages on the phone number provided. None retuned. I finally showed up on person. One of the owners made a huge show of “looking for the spare parts” and blaming her husband ‘ co-owner for not returning the calls. She promised to call me the next day - instead she wanted ME to pay for replacement parts. She claimed it wasn’t a warranty claim. She has been evasive to say the very least. While she has offered a refund - I only want what I paid for.I strongly suggest you do not do business with these people. BBB claim filed and I’m going to Small Claims court!
