After have a stranger come into our home in the middle of the night. We turned to Ron for his services in cameras. He came in a timely fashion and had 4 cams installed 3 days later. He acted quickly for our needs and my wife can now sleep at night. Very please with all services and his proffessional workmanship. Kudos to his partner that helped him. He was very pleasent to deal with. Thanks Ron and Mike.

Had a security system install in my house in July 2021. All was good until the monitor on the back door fell off a few times, i was able to put back on, however it eventually broke and could not be put back by me. The monitoring provided by Securtek call every time I disable my alarm to say there is an issue with the backdoor sensor. After explaining it fell off and could not be attached again they put in a work order with Capital Security (Early Dec 2022), after no contact from Capital Security the issues was esculated to Securetek who put a call into Capital Security (Jan 2023) as of today Feb 15 2023 still no contact from Capital Security. I had also put in a call to this company and I never received a call back. So beware if you are thinking about using this company as their after sales support is the WORST!

There are endless great things we can say about Ron Cooper and his team. We currently purchased a new home and wanted to feel secure as we are expecting and having my wife and daughter home a lot more, having a security system was a must. Ron was quick in responding to our needs, providing a detailed quote/explanation of everything that is involved in getting set up at home.We are so happy we went with Ron, who not only is very professional but also quick to install and be there whenever we need. Would highly recommend his incredible service as it's a top quality system and only the best for a family. We can now sleep well knowing our home is safe.

You know that salesperson that is polished before they take your business and then disappears after? That’s exactly our experience with this company. They took our money in full with a promise to come bcak to install a couple of more sensors that were missing (back-ordered). In full confidence, we let them do that. They never came back nor returned my emails for one year. We will cancel their contract and find someone else with a higher standard. I understand that other people might have had a good experience but that wasn’t ours.

Huge thank you to Ron and the entire team at CSG. You need to trust the people in charge of making you and your family feel safe and Ron and the entire team make you feel secure. From the moment you reach out to ask questions and schedule the on-site visit, Ron makes you feel valuable and part of the CSG family. His timing is impeccable and he delivers on what he says. He didn’t try to upsell more than I needed and always responds to your questions in a timely manner (and I did have a few questions). The installation was thoughtful, clean, and not intrusive to my homes façade. There are NO surprises. I was fully up and running in less than a day understanding all the features and “how to do things.” Ron takes his time with you and fully explains everything (or as much as your brain can handle). I would highly recommend Ron and his team for all your security needs.

We recently had a security camera system installed by Ron & Mike. My 1st interaction with Ron (aka Aaron Rodgers) was when he came to the house to check out our needs. He was funny, cool and very professional. I received the quote as promised the next day and we proceeded to have the system installed. Ron & Mike arrived when promised (which these days is nothing short of a miracle) and were super clean and made sure the installation was done to perfection. Ron gave a great tutorial on how to manage everything. Love our new system . Highly recommend Ron & Mike and CSG if you are looking for a professional, hard wired camera system with no monthly fees. Ron and his team are our go to security company. They have installed 3 systems for our business, we are always extremely happy with his service. We have motion detection, video monitoring, glass break monitoring, and a doorbell camera. We wouldn't use anyone else.
