West End Laundromat

This place was amazing when it first opened but has gone downhill since then..the machines are always dirty, when you open the slots there is caked on softener and detergent. The rolling baskets don’t roll and wheels pop off while using them, there are only 2 40lb machines which are always in use so you have to use a couple of the smaller ones which makes other customers mad because there are only 12 small ones. Same with the dryers, not nearly enough but they do work very well. One big thing is the change machine doesn’t always work and eats your money...the owner is pretty good if you call him and ask for it but sometimes doesn’t text back so you’re left without getting your money back. Overall not bad of a laundromat but needs some work.

Very clean inside...my only recommendations is that the small front load washers should be place on an platform to higher up...make it easier to load and unload especially for seniors...

Always a lovely experiance here. The owners are so sweet and the place is kept super clean. Machines work well and the have great sized tables for folding if you choose.

Beautiful laundromat. Very clean and bright! Best laundromat in town. For being a single female in a new town I feel safe even doing laundry late at night. Never had an issue and the wifi works very well. Huge bonus having a change machine. Don't have to run around town to split a bill for change. Will continue to use this place as my regular. Thank you for all the hard work that keeps this place running nicely!

Prices are not to bad. Clean facility. Smaller there is room to sit and wait inside I just waited in my car. Change machine wouldn't take my bill must have been to crinkled. Machines will take your money if you put to much in but that was my fault. Lots of parking.

There is a bathroom there supposed to be for customers but you can't get in. Not very useful then is itAlso, there is supposed to be wifi service while you sit and wait for your laundry but it's not working now, either. What's going on Mr Zabian??ow I should not stop there because this laundry facility is clean, reliable, roomy and it's bright with all the windows at the front of the building . Also, the lady who comes to cleanup after everyone on gone does a lovely job.I was running overtime as well and she told mr not to worry about it.. She didn't mind waiting for us to be finished. Now that is something to be grateful for!

Love how clean the space is, open concept & fairly decent prices.Would add a washcloth for customers to wipe machines after use! Dog hair filled the machines

Fantastic & clean laundromat. Nice, quiet, safe place to do laundry. We had a minor issue today and called the number posted and the owner actually answered the call and came onsite immediately and fixed the issue so we could complete are laundry. Not like other laundromats where you call and leave messages and they return your call a day laterThe owner is a nice long time owner of other businesses and resident of Woodstock. He helped make change for us, for the dryers. It was nice to have bathroom facilities, when you're there a couple hours. It's the perfect place to do laundry and will be complete when he gets change machine installed shortly. I'll be back everytime I have my laundry to do.To the owner, If you're looking to hire a person to keep it clean, consider me !!

I started coming here after it opened. It was nice at first. I feel like it's never clean now. It's nice that it has a bathroom but the bathroom is always disgusting and I end up going to Tim's anyway. The machines often have slimy debris trapped in them and the internet NEVER works!! It's a terrible thing when you're stuck there for a couple hours and have nothing to do.
