Frankly just an incredibly unprofessional restaurant. If you want to charge premium pricing, provide premium service.Thank you Sandra Tilly for responding to a reservation made a week later that it was unavailable. Get it together, provide quicker response times, call even! We leave our numbers for a reason.Not to mention - This restaurant anti-poverty. Denying gift cards on Valentines day? It is Illegal.The Consumer Protection Act bans most retail business gift cards from having an expiry date. This means a gift card can be used to its full value no matter when you decide to use it.The act also requires that all restrictions and conditions must be stated in clear and visible writing for the customer.""

The Ambience really carried the experience, lagging behind was the food. We’ll, the bisque was a smudge too sweet for my taste, but it could just have been the squash that was at fault. My Bolognese was almost spot on, the flavours was a bit too busy. The pasta was very fresh but something separated the sauce a bit, it was hard to tell with the lighting but it tasted a bit oily.The pear salad was just too sweet and I mistakenly over dressed it. Mea Culpa, so I will not comment except the poached pears was perfect to my taste. The Salmon and Risotto was again very good, but didn’t come perfectly together. My wife thought it was fantastic though so I am sure it’s my aversion to having too much sweetness in dish after dish.Wine selection is fantastic, one of the best this side of town.We debated between the tiramisu or chocolate tart. While we picked one the server decided to charge us both and bring only one.Gotta keep a close eye on that Receipt.

Amazing place. The food is absolutely fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional. The effort and detail of the chef to prepare and plate the meals, the attentiveness of the staff, to the preparation of the cocktails, made it an amazing evening.

This is an excellent choice for great Italian food. Gnocchi melts in your mouth. The bread before the meal was very crusty and not my preference however the oil and vinegar was good. Order the hazelnut tart at the end even if you take it home. Amazing.

Was excited to try out this restaurant, but will never go back. Calamari was not edible, arancini were good. Salads were sub par. The gnocchi was decent, but the stuffed chicken was over cooked and lacked flavour.Very dissatisfied, even charged for our calamari appetizer that was not edible.

My wife and I love Ciao Cucina. Bianca and Sandra truly enjoy what they do and provide an excellent ambiance, great staff and fantastic food. The menu changes with the seasons so you can try something different each time you go. Food is some of the best in Windsor. Quality over quantity. We’ll be back again and again.

Very nice dining experience, the restaurant is decorated beautifully. Our waitress was lovely, the food- especially the homemade noodles were delicious. Did not leave the restaurant full even after ordering an appetizer as well. My only suggestion would be to increase portion sizes! Would also be nice to include some kind of bread with the meal :)

I had the Meatball Panini and it was absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go for dinner one night. I don't usually write reviews but the quality and passion put into this food warranted a review. Definitely try this restaurant!
