We had a terrible experience with DuraVu. There are zero redeeming qualities about the whole interaction. Half round custom glass is the wrong shape causing separation in glass and frame and misalignment with trim, 3 of 4 casement windows have scratches/scuffs in the glass, one window was installed tipped 1/4 outwards and frame has some scuffing

David was a stellar installer. A star: detail oriented, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and was aesthetically pleasing.

Dan and his crew were awesome! They did a great and professional job, cleaned up after themselves, it was a no stress experience for me. They were polite and friendly while they worked, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Very happy with my new windows.

I love my new windows, Dan and Derek did an excellent job on the install, they were quick and very professional and I would welcome them back to my home anytime.

I would highly recommend DuraVu. My order came in earlier than expected and they were able to schedule the installation within a few days. The staff are very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. A special thank you to Dan and Dawn who installed 4 windows and a sliding glass door all in one day (including the trim). Awesome job.

We recently had our front door replaced and had an amazing experience. They were extremely professional, and still showed lots of kindness. They got the job done quickly and effectively, we have only positive things to say about their business. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. :)

We had an overall bad experience with DuraVu. We were expecting 5-star service and received 1-star service. We had the wrong trim delivered (the original trim wasn't measured), the first crew that was sent was very unprofessional, it took over a year to finish installation, there was very little communication, our custom window was delivered without frost even though it was in the contract and crew showed up without necessary scaffolding - further delaying the completion date. We are still waiting on a mesh screen as well as two replacement windows. To their credit, Gord gave us a 10% discount for our troubles, which is why we gave them a star instead of zero. We sincerely hope that DuraVu improves its practices and no one goes through what we went through.Update: It's been over 2 months and they still haven't delivered our screen for the window from their last visit. Gord and his team have not reached out to resolve any of this and we have to keep reminding them to no avail. This is NOT how you run a successful business.

We decided to replace our vintage glass slider windows with beautiful Vinyl Windows from DuraVu, we are absolutely ecstatic with the results. From the sales representative Chad, to their receptionist Holly and installers Scott and Mike the professionalism and expertise was exceptional. Scott especially takes an enormous amount of pride in his work, on time, worked quickly and left our house as he found it ... maybe even a little cleaner. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them to others. I should mention their quote was substantially lower than the next of 3 quotes.

Daniel and Nick did a great job installing my front door and frame. They were friendly, answered my questions. You could see them put effort to make sure installation was good and precise. I really appreciated their attention to detail and them making sure the door integrates nicely with the existing house.
