Tarun helped me with my recovery from a patella tendon tear. He was very professional and focused on identifying and working on any bottlenecks in my recovery. Appreciate the admin for making it easy to schedule my appointments as well!

Raj and the team have been great! I've been seeing her for a long time now, and she's helped me a lot from my de quarvian tendonitis to my icbc neck/back pain! Everytime I go in she takes to time to help relieve the pain, give me reminders and practical/helpful exercise routine. Would recommend of you're looking for a caring and thoughtful physiotherapist :)

Went for physiotherapy and was attended by Dr. Kang. He is very humble, listened to my problems patiently and gave me the right treatment. I’m impressed by his level of professionalism. Also the staff is very cooperative and helped me to get an appointment without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Physio was needed after a workplace injury and Raj and the crew at Terra Nova Physio were great to deal with. Raj is very patient, knowledgeable and has a great manner. I've had some setbacks along the way, felt discouraged at times but a physio visit would get me back on track and feeling better able to handle the work needed for recovery.

This is a very lovely place and they always give you a warm welcome. They are very helpful with documentation and paperwork for claims. They don’t just think their work as a job but put a lot of care into what they do and are very thorough about their work.
