I dropped off a fuel tank that needed rust removed from the inside as well as relined for a price quote. Capital & Dominion Radiator Co tells customers that THEY do this work.It turns out that they subcontract the work to another radiator shop in the area and charge the customer a markup.Heaven forbid that they would refer the customer directly to the other shop.
