Dr. Jennifer Serink

Was my first visit in probably 10 years. This time was for a root canal. Even with the odds against them, Dr. Serink and her entire team have made it okay to go to the dentist again. I even felt up to an hour or more of cleaning to follow that sitting. I will be back again regularly. They have my trust.

Dr. Serink is the first dentist I saw after moving to Victoria … and she’ll be the last one. She and her staff have all been unfailingly friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is always gentle and thorough … plus she understands the financial concerns of a fixed-income senior and doesn’t recommend work that’s not immediately necessary.

I was seeking a dentist who would be understanding and gentle. I have dentist trauma from when I was a child. So pleased I found this office. Everyone is very nice and the service was efficient and well priced.

I had a wonderful experience with a check up at Dr. Serink’s office. They had proper covid safety procedures in place and the staff were friendly and efficient. The dental assistant and Dr. Senrink were both gentle and kind and put me at ease. They tried to ensure I felt comfortable with every step.

The BEST dentist I’ve ever had. Dr. Serink and her team are kind, compassionate, and super professional. Dr. Serink was understanding of fear from past procedures that didn’t go well with other dentists. She explained the areas I needed work done and made the entire experience easy and painless. The team at the office is always so polite and helpful.

I just moved to James Bay and found Dr. Serink's Dental office in the same plaza as Burt the Barber. (Parliament Mews?). I decided to give her a try because the other Dental office in James Bay looked a bit flashy. I've been to the flashy dental office before and all that I felt was pressure to have additional procedures and more and more work done. One of them even offered me Botox! Ha. Anyway.Dr. Serink (Jenn) has to be one of the best Dentists in town. She is friendly, gentle, and doesn't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. I felt in control and totally comfortable. She gave me choices on how I wanted the treatment to go and talked to me in a respectful way that I could understand.I have to say that this was the best experience at a Dentist that I've had so far. I would recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a new or better Dentist.Tracy

Sent me to get $2,000 of work done then without any warning refused to finish the job so I am still without that tooth. I missed an appointment which I paid $75.00, that's fine, but at no point was given any warning they would not complete the work they started. Would not recommend.
