Washrooms are usually not very clean, it has a coffee shop, moka loca, but the Café is closed on weekends. Other than that this bus station's got air conditioning, usually clean floors and some vending machines. Has an elevator. You can recharge your bus pass here.

Very dirty, nothing works inside, the bus company should hire someone to clean the building and the toilets, at least once per week. Especially toilets are one of the most disgusting places you can ever visit, smelling is like a dead squirrel.

Waiting for the bus to see it pass buy. Called and got message the bus route 93 was cancelled for the day. On my way back home for the bus and it was showing 1 hour later.

Easy to navigate, easy to find your stops even if it's your first time through.Very little shelter from the Sun though and STO busses that like to depart early making for a missed transfer.

A real station. Small cafe, with a bridge overhead to connect eastbound. Buses came on time. Outdoor shelters were good, with an LED monitor displaying arrivals. Wavy benches were neat and quirky. Didn’t bother sitting on them though. Good distance from the Slush Puppie Centre with signs navigating you.

Station is clean and well laid out. Lots of seating. Only issue is the walkway to and from the Rapibus tends to be messy and, frequently causes riders to miss their connecting buses as the drivers tend to not wait.

For a main hub, long lines at the end of the month to renew your monthly pass but the service is impeccable. The connectors seems to be scheduled just a minute or two off so you can see the connection but just can't make it, you always have to wait for the next one it seems. No parking on site for bus riders. Poorly planned and executed.
