This is regarding the restaurant at the Marina - - I think this place has so much potential. It’s in a beautiful location and is quite a large space with what could be a great patio (needs some upkeep)… but it’s not at all what I expected. I wouldn’t call it a restaurant. It sort of reminded me of a concession stand. You ordered at the till, received plastic cutlery, and the food quality was disappointing. Crinkle fries with no seasoning, a burger with literally nothing but cheese on it, the fish was “okay”, and the coleslaw was bland. The beer selection is sad. We landed on “Sleeman” thinking it was the best choice, but it ended up being Sleeman 2.0 (Light)… they advertised other beers as being Light, but not the Sleeman. So that was disappointing. And it wasn’t cheap - $5.75. I can get good local craft beer for that price elsewhere. We didn’t interact much, but the employees seemed pleasant and were bilingual. It ended up being $100 for 4 people and I think we would have been happier at McDonalds. I was really hoping this place would have been better. I don’t think we’ll be back unfortunately.

Seafood is good. However, the quantity does not match the price whatsoever. That is what 32$ worth of seafood looks like.My advice would be to go elsewhere if you are not looking for a snack.

Great food with good services and very fair prices, vast variety of foods

We waited over an hour for our food. I’m not exaggerating. After about 45 minutes, we enquired what was taking so long and were greeted by a shrug and told it’ll be another 10-15 minute. When that time passed with still no food and after watching several others order takeout and leave we asked again and this time we’re told we could talk to the manager. He said that we came at a very busy time (the entire restaurant was empty inside except for us at this point) He also told us we should have been told about the wait when we arrived. We were not. He offered an apology that we were not told about the wait. A lot of good that does us. A few minutes later 5-10 we finally received our food. My burger didn’t even have the toppings, condiments, I had asked for (ketchup, mustard and mayo) I was far to hungry and annoyed at this point to ask for my condiments. I was scared if I let them take my burger away that it would be another 30 minutes before I would see it again. Thankfully there was ketchup on the table so I added that and ate the food. It was okay. The others in our party enjoyed their meals, the food was good but definitely not worth the price or the wait. We were not offered any discount for the terrible service and we will never be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone. A real shame.

Beautiful place in the city! Perfectly for pictures and enjoy with family and friends.

First time with friends food was amazing..second time unfortunately my fish was burnt. Sitting out on the patio with great friends is priceless

Great location. Large seating capacity. Bilingual staff. Indoor/outdoor eating. Outside play area for kids. Boat launch.

You should post a note at the door to let customer know that it is take out style" at your establishment. Being serve diner in plastic basket with plastic cutlery and wine in a plastic cup is not very appetizing even if the food was decent enough."
