I definitely recommend that Dufresne be considered when looking for the following items:- Living Room- Entertainment Room- Dining Room- Bedroom- Kitchen AppliancesMy View:Quality:- The quality of all the items in the store are different from your other vendors. If you want high-quality goods I recommend Dufresne when considering. If looking for cheap then go to ikea.- We purchased a beautiful dining room set and the quality is solid wood!- We selected the white glove delivery as the dinning set will need to be assembled and given the solid wood it is heavy to lift.When it comes to quality we both recommended a 4.5/5 when it comes to the following items:- Dining Sets- Bedroom Sets- Kitchen AppliancesWhen it comes to quality of living rooms (ie. sectionals, couches, etc.), we noted nothing special that is above and beyond the competitors, but still high quality items and thus a rating of 4/5 is provided for those items.Warranty:- we purchased the warranty because the warranty if unused transfers into in store credit at the end of the warranty period. This, any reasonable person show obtain this offer.The warranty is most likely not going to be used but it provides peace of mind.Therefore, this part of the review deserves a 5/5 rating. Dufresne has utilized a different approach from other vendors in this aspect.Customer Service:- I take pride in customer service. When we first entered I was skeptical because we were not approached for at least 5 minutes. That was a turn-off at first because we knew what we wanted to purchase.- Finally, Anni found us and was able to answer all our questions.- Not sure how many people two pieces of ID with them these days but lucky I had identification to register for the financing plan. Wasn't a fan of having to provide my phone to the staff member to obtain details. Rather than do it with me beside them. Furthermore, the registration process took 15 minutes. Perhaps a more streamline process. The Google form was easy and quick but the behind the scenes process took long. That was 5-8 minutes without my phone and someone else having it with it not in my sight.For this reason the customer service experience is given a rating of 3.8/5. The rating below 4 was given because of the delay from the person in back office.The average overall rating provided to my Dufresne experience landed at 4.3 out of 5 or 87%

Delivery was completed during the 3 hour window that was provided. My order was put together correctly and old items were removed based on my white glove delivery service. Very happy with the delivery service!

Went to Dufresne on Nairn was greeted by very friendly staff. Beautiful store with a lot of gorgeous furniture to buy. My sales rep Matt was very helpful and generous with a discount on my couch I purchased. I recommend shopping here for next piece of furniture! Thanks again Matt!

The in-store representative were nice and patient with our back in forth decisions on choice of furnitures to pick.They were honest in guiding us around our budget.The delivery gentlemen were awesome.We appreciate you all!

Zero pressure and just amazing people to deal with. We worked with Corrine and when we decided to make the call and buy, when we went there, she was not in. One of her coworkers (I can't remember her name) looked after us perfectly without hesitation. Secured some extra sales from us and a great deal. Our experience was a 10/10 with zero pressure

We paid $6500 for a custom-made table and two chairs that was delivered, scratched and marked, so they took the table back to fix it. They returned it even more scratched. We asked for a new table but the manager from their guest care named Armaan fought us all the way. She was extremely rude and kept saying that the marks on the table were in the wood so they couldn’t order another table. We were very frustrated so we talked to Janet Patterson; the person that sold us the table. She was amazing and went above and beyond to get us a new table. Dufresne furniture is very lucky to have a person like her working for them!

Found exactly what we were looking for at the right price and a few accessories as well to complete the bedroom. Sales staff were helpful and very friendly! We will definitely go back the next time we are looking for more furniture.

I have been looking for living room furniture for several months. I think I have visited the majority of furniture stores in Winnipeg. My experience at Dufresne’s was far superior to any other store. Matt was an incredibly respectful and competent salesman. He really listened to me and made great suggestions. I was thrilled with the prices and the treatment I received.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I am absolutely disgusted with the service we just received. We went in with a good idea of what we wanted & a budget. The sales rep named Jodi showed us a bunch of couches & kept bringing us back to a blue couch when we were very clear we only wanted light grey or light beige which honestly we weren’t super upset about it. We found one couch we were pretty fond of & said we’d just look around so we could discuss it. We then hear her trash talking us on how we are too picky & that we want to pay nothing for a couch which is not the case at all. All I have to say is I will definitely not be buying anything from your business as that is disrespectful & completely uncalled for.

Sales person for my new fridge was helpful. Made sure I got the right size. I asked about taking away the old one and that was confirmed.Sales person for living room furniture helped me choose nice furniture. Unfortunately, she neglected to put on the order for the old furniture to be removed. This caused me a lot of grief, as the delivery men would not take it. I called the customer service number and the problem was resolved by getting the delivery men to take it outside for pickup another day.
