Hey Tim Hortons Port Hawkesbury.....Was in for a visit around 6pm today.Asked for a ham and cheese tea biscuit from the display case.How in the name of god did that turn into a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich on a maple flavored biscuit???When I said That's not what I ordered" and then pointed at the ham and cheese biscuits in the display case

This Tim Hortons has a really pleasant atmosphere. Staff is very polite and friendly and the washrooms are clean.

Large indoor eating area and clean. Staff requiring more training. Could not find basic items like donuts on their cash machines and needed help for every item. Then no one making drinks and line up of people waiting to have orders taken. Not busy inside and falling behind on orders. Over 7 minutes for an ice cap to be made.

I placed a mobile order before going in and using the washroom. A single cup of tea. More than 15 minutes later, I had to flag down an employee to actually get someone to make my order.While waiting, I also watched an employee do baked goods inventory, counting items by touching them with his fingers and the eraser on top of his pencil.So yeah, needless to say, do not recommend.

Yesterday we ordered and received 2 MD Original Blend coffees, black, and one breakfast sandwich. Later when I reviewed our receipt I discovered that we were charged for a MD Carmel Macchiato minus milk, black. Confused that we correctly received our coffee drinks but was over charged. Kinda feels intentionally because we clearly aren’t locals.

Order wrong. Tried to fix at the window. Told it was fixed after arguing with me. Still wrong. Go in after leaving drive thru to rectify. Still told I was wrong for what I ordered. Given product of less than half of the value I paid. ($2.30 donut paid for but $0.99 donut received!) And no compensation.

Interior and layout is the same as any other modern Tim’s in Canada.Service is incredibly SLOW here. I’m not from the area and just here for work, but compared to every other Tim’s I’ve been to in other towns/cities the service is lacking in pace at this location. Not sure if I’m always being served by a new employee or what. Every single time it’s 2-3 mins of the employee fumbling with the POS/register before asking for help from someone else. Then after that it takes 5-10 mins to get my drink and donut. I watched the employee throw out 3 failed cups of iced coffees and stand there for a while because they either put too much base or cream into it. Staff need more basic training.

Staff didn't seem well trained, weren't all that friendly, and got a lot of things wrong. Maybe just a labor shortage issue, but makes a quick stop for refreshments a bit of a pain.
