Mad City Vent Cleaning
So I had a guy come out to clean my dryer vent today. I just need to gush about how fantastic the service was! He was extremely prompt, thorough, friendly, knowledgable, and had excellent rates. We had a bird nest in our vent and a TON of lint!If you need your dryer vent cleaned I completely recommend Mad City Vent Cleaning! Josh turned out to be the owner of the company and we bonded over babies...he has 5 kids including a pair of 4 month old twins at home right now. He's much busier than I am!

As a condominium manager in the Madison area, good vendors are hard to find. Josh, Owner of Mad City Vent has exceeded expectations every time he has serviced one of my condo community's. If I could give Zero stars, I would. We used owner, Josh Wall, May 31, 2016. A year and a half later, on Dec 27, 2017 our credit card number was keyed into his Sqaure account for a custom amount" of $500! I called him that evening and left a voicemail. I called again the next afternoon

Josh arrived on time, and was efficient getting the job done. He was professional, and very kind. He did a great job, and the price was great! We will use Mad City Vent next year, too!

Owner was great! Work completed timely and thoroughly. Josh worked us in even though he was booked 3-4 weeks out. Removed a birds nest and installed a bird guard well below competitors costs. I would definitely hire him again.

Poor job. Never came in to check the hookup or clean out anything. Hence, did not clear out our vent and had problems for several weeks.Do NOT hire them. Not professional in any manner. Takes a long time to get a return phone call. Goes to voicemail each time I called. Then wait hours for a return call.

SO, SO, SO, Great to have a home technician complete this overlooked home chore in a timely and efficient manner! Josh went above and beyond! We had forgotten about cleaning our vents for years and when Josh said he would set us up on a yearly schedule which will make it so easy! Don't be like me and overlook this -- totally a fire hazard too-- Contact Mad City Vent Josh did a superb job!

I purchased a Groupon for this service. Called three times in three weeks. Phone always goes to voicemail and never received a call back. Not a good way to run a business. Don't even try to use this company, just a waste of your time.

Mad City Vent Cleaning
I called multiple (as in 5+) times to schedule an appointment. I only ever received one VM back where he talked about trying to get out of the GroupOn that I purchased. Terrible customer service. Stay away!
