I love Starbucks but will never go back to this location. This older lady at the cash register was so rude!!!! My husband even said good bye to her once we got our drinks. She looked at him and completely ignored him and spoke with the baristas. Starbucks is a treat coffee for me. I felt so belittled at that place.

when i ask for LIGHT ICE it’s not a joke. Every time i’ve been to the starbucks in dundas i’ve ordered light ice but again every time they put extra ice. How hard is it to get my order right…? I’m paying for my drink so why don’t i get what i ordered? and Is it really that hard to be nice and show your customers respect? Your job is to make food/drinks for your customers and show them respect, if you can’t do that then don’t work here.

I recently visited this location and was impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating options for both individuals and groups.The drink selection was extensive, and I appreciated the range of options available for customization. My drink was prepared quickly and expertly, and it was clear that the baristas take pride in their craft. The quality of the drink was outstanding, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation.The store was also clean and well-maintained, with ample space for customers to move around and relax. The music playing in the background was enjoyable but not overpowering, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Starbucks in Dundas, Ontario, Canada. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the drinks were top-notch. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a great cup of coffee and a relaxing place to unwind.

This location boasts an incredible patio and an inviting indoor space.The location seems quite popular and we noticed many folks knew each other and were talking and laughing and bonding on running into each other at the downtown coffeehouse. We also noticed how comfortable and accommodating the furniture and the people on the outdoor patio space were to dogs, passers-by, direction seekers and children.This location absolutely has a neighborhood-hub vibe and staff hustled to keep the drinks coming.The highlight of this visit was the regular statements the staff offered about which drinks were being worked on and what was coming up next.The interaction with staff elevated this stop for coffee and made this Starbucks visit a good one.Thanks, King St. Starbucks in Dundas!

Plan on a long long wait … pretty sure I was starting to grow roots .. lots of kids and believe I don’t mind kids … but 4 kids taking up 2 cashiers that don’t know what they want.. is frustrating for a working stiff just stopping for a cup of coffee..

I have never been treated so poorly by a barista. I wouldn’t usually post but this has happened twice now at this location. Most recently, I was laughed at by a male employee in front of other customers and staff. I asked for my drink to be re-made, as I had specified no sugar and they made the ice coffee with sugar. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the individual was. Seems many other people have reviewed about this employee.

Just left and will never return to this location. Rudest barista I have ever met….. have been to this location many many times. Get rid of the guy with the man bun and the bad attitude…. And maybe I’ll be back. Don’t need attitude from this diva when I pay 7 dollars for a coffee.

Very slow service. Expect to wait an extra 10Minutes than what your app says you should get the drink. The place is clean though. Decent seating but it is a bit dark as there’s not a lot of direct light going into the cafe. Drink overall isn’t bad. Typical of Starbucks quality.
