Let me tell you, my previous lawyer (yes, a lawyer indeed, not a consultant) really did a number on me, and I was feeling pretty hopeless until I spoke to Dikshit on a friend’s recommendation.He is an absolute legend when it comes to family class cases. He was always there for me, even when I made the mistake of listening to advice from non-experts. After being refused once because I was not able to maintain full time enrolment during my studies, I lost all hope of getting my permit, but Mr. Soni came to my rescue. He is like a mentor and an honest guy who used his knowledge and persuasion skills to convince the authorities to grant me a permit. I am now happily working in Canada, thanks to Mr. Soni's help. The submission letter he wrote for my application was excellent and explained my situation perfectly, and after first rejection, with his help I was able to get a Pgwp when all hope was lost and everyone was telling me only lmia is the option for me. I have been a 3 year old client for Dixit Soni. It’s been very difficult phase for me to deal with him as I am from Chandigarh and from last three months, Dixit is not replying to my calls and msgs. I have been mentally depressed also I have been so patient during the whole process, already paid him a good amount and I have all the receipts for the same.. it’s such an annoying experience and have invested my time in the application, however Dixit is not even bothered about it.Mr Dixit, would you please reply when would you reply for my calls and msgs and how long it will take for my application to be approved. Would not recommend saab immigration to anyone..
