Package was in town for 3 days and not delivered. On the 4th day it got sent to Quebec and when I called twice to ask about it they basically told me it's not their problem and I'll get it when it gets here. Absolutely not good enough.

Would give 0 stars if possible. These shipping companies have no local numbers, their IVR has you on the phone wasting your time and you still can't get answers. If you have a local company, have a local phone number or just leave!!! No customer service at all! Impossible to speak to anyone local, and when you call you get someone from a continenet away who asks the most ridiculous questions only to be told that they don'tknow the answer. So frustrated with these bloody shipping companies. I would NOT recommend, I would rather get a local company, UPS is too big to do business with, you just get lost as a number. Their phone reps are useless.

Drivers don't even attempt to deliver the package; they just stick the we missed you" note on your door and leave! I was home all day and they never knocked on the door or rang the bell."

Worst package service EVER !!ZER0 stars.No actual location to drop off now, have to go to ‘UPS Store’.. not actually affiliated with UPS at all. Can’t get updates via email, phone or text (try it, web site just gives an error). Not possible to reach an actual human on the phone. Delivery drivers don’t knock and then say you weren’t home. Pretty certain it’s the best way to go if you want to be certain your package will be lost. I would choose ANY other carrier but am forced to use them by the seller.

Did not ring smart doorbell; knocked at door instead. Nothing left at the door for UPS contact/pick-up address, hours, etc.Pick-up location closed before 5 PM.Will continue to avoid UPS unless only option.Update: Received email notification that the package arrived at pickup location after hours.

Useless and confusing, left a yellow slip with no info on what to do or where to go. Called 1-800 number just as bad. At one point they basically said nothing we can do.

The driver doesnt seem to knock or ring the bell because of all shipping carriers UPS was the most silent. I had 2 attempted deliveries and now i have to travel 2 towns to pick up my package. He could at least give me a call let me know he is at the door, otherwise why would they bother collecting my phone number?

So Frustrating. Package was not delivered because the driver didn't proceed 20 ft past a private entry to our house which they have done for the last 10 years. Obviously new driver. The problem then gets worse because you can not contact anyone locally to let them know what went wrong. You get a call centre god only knows where and 40 minutes later they don't have a clue. So frustrating!! We need a number in NL to call for problems with delivery.

The delivery drivers don't seem to care if you're home or not. No knocks at all. I work from home so I'm hereall day. I'll leave the house and notice a delivery attempt" slip on my door. I think they walk up to my door with a slip already prepared with the date and time so they don't have to take accountability."
