Booked an appointment for eyebrow threading and not shaping. Went there, a lady worked on my eyebrows and threaded and tweezed my eyebrows so roughly that I saw scratches the next day near my eyebrows. Worst of all, they charged me for shaping although I asked only for threading.Worst experience ever, never going back. Adding a photo for reference.

Caroline and her e-file/Russian manicures are literally the best. I've been seeing Caroline over a year, and she is the best nail tech I have ever had. The attention to detail, her knowledge and the warm environment are truly an experience. My nails last as long as I need them to, and she has the best colours with all the recent trends. I could not be happier with her services. Even when I don't know what design or colour to get, I just place the trust in her and let her work her magic. And it really is magic!

Used their services 3 times and each time I was disappointed. 1 time it was for a haircut by one of the barbers, which wasn't done properly and ruined my original cut so I had to grow out my hair. Other 2 times is was for color, both times by 2 different ladies. None of them came out properly. They bleached my hair but didn't tone it so I left with the orangish color that you get when you just use bleach and nothing else. So both times I spent way too much on my hair as I had to go to Beauty Supplies and get wella toner and purple shampoo to finish the coloring process on my own. I gave 3 stars because the owner is nice and the location is convenient with lots of parking.

I've been coming to BG for haircuts and shaves for a few years. He is the most knowledgeable and skilled hair stylist I have ever met. On top of that he's an amazing, courteous and friendly guy. So happy to see him start his own place he truly deserves it. I would definitely recommend Seneca Hair Salon to everyone!!

BG and team are hands down one of the best hair stylists in town. They all got some amazing skills and lots of experience. The salon is located in a shopping center that has enough parking which is a plus. Additionally, the salon is clean and well maintained. They offer different services for different requirements. Highly recommended.

The customer service is very bad and barbers are very rude and unprofessional. They are very bad in haircut. I believe some of them are beginners. They ruined my hair. I do not recommend this place.

Sylva!!! I hope I got her name right but I did the most complicated ash grey highlights plus brown base colour and oh boy did I give her a hard time. But she was genuinely patient and hardworking. She is so good with ther work and I’m getting praises from everywhere just because of her. Virtual hugs to her! This business would get many customers because of her! Keep it up!
