Always love Canadian tire ! I really don't know what they do there but it seems the associates always are in a good mood. This store they are always pleasant and very knowledgeable about the location of there supply.

I shopped at the Bolton store. A young female employee saw me struggling with my purchase. Picked it up and took it to the cash. I'm still grateful.

The service here is ridiculously slow me and my boyfriend came here to get his tires changed and had made an appointment in advance for 10:00 am. It’s currently 1:50 pm and we are still waiting. It has taken them almost four hours to do a simple task. Four hours for something that we could’ve done at home much much faster - never gonna come here again. When we asked how much longer the lady just told us she couldn’t say so we just have to sit around and waste our day.

Our local Canadian Tire. Generally service is good and you find what you looking for. There can be long queue's sometimes. Canadian Tire stores always have a place in our hearts and homes.

I'm not impressed with Canadian Tire right now. I bought a new bike yesterday from them and I even asked a associate if there was anything wrong with the bike. They said no. I came to realize my tire was flat this morning and now I have to spend more money to have the bike fixed.I called the store as well and was told it was not covered under warranty.I will get my tire fixed from another place. But I will not be coming back to this store for any products in the future. Because I do not trust the integrity of their products.Do not buy bikes from this store or any Canadian Tire store.

I try to manage expectation whenever I shop here. If I could get certain things anywhere else in town. Some of the staff are awesome, which is nice, but I’ve never seen a store so poorly managed from a training perspective and inventory. Don’t bother calling, they never answer and you have to go find items yourself at which point you give up and they tell you online numbers are usually wrong. It’s been like this for months, especially in auto.

Well once again I have had another exceptional experience at this store. I had another issue today and had to return to the store and this time I dealt with a young man named Aaron in the auto department. He went above and beyond to help me and I just wanted him to be acknowledged for his great attitude.I just wanted to share my experience today about one of the employees in the automotive department. My husband and I went into the store today to purchase new tires. Having said this, there was a mix-up with the front desk and mechanic. I received a call by a young man named Darcy. What an exceptional young man who had the ability to handle a difficult situation with such professionalism. Canadian Tire Orangeville is lucky to have you as an employee.

I recently went to canadian tire to buy a new battery. While I was in line to speak to someone in the auto department I was disturbed by the blunt racist attitudes an old women with what appeared to be poorly maintained orangish hair. She attempted refuse service because they didn’t speak proper English. Honestly I overheard them and they spoke completely understandable english and this disrespect was likely a racist assumption. Once I made it to the front desk I received helpful service from a young man behind the desk. The overall experience was not terrible considering I received my battery, but the vibe of the building is depressing. Likely from the blunt and angry ownership and general management. This excludes the service manager phill who was friendly, and very helpful. This review also excludes the other helpful staff that aren’t ignorant.
