Had a custom backseat platform piece done. Provided multiple pics & detailed description prior to initial agreement. Deposit was given & left to patience. & more patience. & then a bit more, which was acceptable.I received updates, & before something I did NOT want being done was communicated I explained what not to do & why with extreme prejudice…then it was still done with the excuse of it was someone else doing so.Upon completion, the flaws in the material & workmanship mimicked that of a first timer that could take measurements & make adequate cuts, but not a “polished” end product.I could have personally completed the project with the same outcome.
