I have 4 girls who have been dancing at Alive for years. They have had many amazing experience and made amazing connections. The teachers and choreographers are phenomenal at what they do and support the dancers to become better and challenge them so they continue to excel. As a family we have made life long friendship and it’s a supportive community. So happy to be a part of the Alive community for so long and excited to see what’s to come.

My daughter started dancing at 18 months. We have had several of the dance instructors at Alive. All of the teachers have always treated my daughter with such kindness! We love the studio and feel that it is perfect for our family. I recommend this studio to anyone.We took a break due to Covid and have started back this year. The teachers were so welcoming and it felt like we never left!Above and beyond!

We have been with Alive for ten years! My daughter has basically grown up in the studios at Alive:) She has made incredible friends and memories, grown as a dancer and human, and pushes herself to make and meet goals. I am so proud of everything she has become because of dancing at Alive. Miss Jenn and all of the teachers throughout the last ten years have helped develop and guide my daughter in such a caring, empathetic, and powerful way. We've been with Alive Dance since my 7 year old was 18 months old. We started with the parented classes, then recreational and this last year made the transition to competitive. Throughout our Journey at Alive we have tried a variety of class types for each skill level. The teachers have been wonderful and the management team does a great job of providing updates for all studio activities.

I have been dancing at Alive Danceworks since before I can remember and have experienced nearly every program available. I can only say great things about my time here! I have loved every single second I've spent at Alive and am so grateful for the tremendous and positive environment Alive has to offer. Every single teacher here, whether they are a full time teacher or a guest one has welcomed me and others into their class with loving and supporting arms. Miss Jenn and everyone at the studio has helped me grow and strive as a dancer, to the point where I have been accepted into several prestigious programs across North America (Juilliard School, Joffrey Ballet NYC, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Arts Umbrella) none of which would've been possible if it weren't for the dedication the teachers at Alive Danceworks have. Alive is my second home and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to dance, whether it be competitively like me or recreationally because it is one of the best environments you could ever wish for!

We have 2 daughters who have danced at the Alive Company (Competitive) level for a few years now and are so glad we joined this dance family! We are particularly impressed with the studio’s emphasis on the building of strength and conditioning as well as technique and it’s been wonderful watching our kids mature as dancers— physically and mentally. Several years ago, when we were assessing studios in the area, we were looking for a place that would not only get to know them and their capabilities, but would then use that knowledge to challenge them juuuust outside their comfort zones— and Alive has and continues to provide this for them!

My daughters love dancing here! We find that the faculty here provides the perfect combination of technical training and fun! Personally, I was looking for a studio that values things like structure, discipline, and resilience - while also encouraging kids to grow, love themselves, and try their best. Alive provides all of that and more for us.

Wonderful studio! Our daughter moved to Alive this year and loves all of her classes and teachers. Everyone at the studio has welcomed her so warmly and the transition has been seamless!

My daughter started with Alive in a mom and tot class at age 2, now she is 11 and has made the best of friends at dance, is surrounded by excellent values like kindness, supporting others, and working hard. Their choreographers are exceptional - every piece they produce is incredibly professional, beautifully tasteful, up to date, and age appropriate. Their technical standards are exceptionally high as their competitive students consistently score very high in exams and in competitions. We are always blown away at the number of insanely good dancers they develop. My daughter loves being at the studio, has had so many accomplishments she is proud of and, best of all, is a really good human from being there.

My daughter dances in their Company competitive program. She loves attending class and is excited about what she is learning. At competition, the quality of dances Alive produces shined; each at an amazing level and overall stronger then the other studios.
