Excellent selection of Dewey dad fasteners however they made everybody wait outside the door which was kind of pointless and annoying considering there's all of five people in this place at any given time, just saying covid is over people let's get on with life already!

Employees never seem to want to help customers, they seem irritable and inattentive every time I go in. The condescending remarks I receive from the employees have given me no reason to ever return to this, or any other Lordco location. Going to NAPA for all my parts from now on.

Two completely different experiences at two different locations:Penticton: Young counter-person was lethargic and spent no time at all to look for a part. Obviously wasn't too familiar and made ZERO effort to consult with more experienced staff. He *was* very happy to complain about everything under the sun, and explain to me why things were the way they were in the world. I actually had a hard time breaking away and it appeared he was just 'killing time'. He ultimately told me there was nothing available for my vehicle from Lordco.On a neighbour's suggestion I tried the Lordco in Summerland...but just over the phone this time. In less than 3 minutes, Will had the part ordered, and it arrived the very next day. When I picked up, one of the staff even helped me carry one of the (heavy) boxes out. Night and FN day!!!

Slow service. Unbelievably slow. I almost walked out and three people that came in behind me did walk out. If Walmart can have a self checkout option then these people should or I'll just go shop somewhere else. Penticton is close and amazon has three day delivery. Do better or you will be gone.
