J&S Picture Frame Warehouse

J&S went above and beyond to fix a major issue with an old map they had framed for me some years ago. Even though they had used UV quality glass, the map faded badly - to the point I could no read the original hand-written labels. This was apparently due to the poor quality of the paper used by the map-maker, the sepia ink on part of the map and the fact, I understand (I hope correctly) ,that no UV glass can completely protect the item behind it. To my complete amazement and delight, one of the staff at J&S scanned the original and worked utter magic in bringing back the faded original sepia and black ink drawings and J&S added new UV glass. I now have the framed scanned version which looks absolutely amazing. This is a map of sentimental value to me so I am so grateful for the effort and quality work that J&S put into this - at no charge. Thank you J&S!

Quality and service second to none!! As I worked through the best options for my first art exhibit, J&S staff helped me to think it through and offered solutions. It was also my first time doing giclee printing, and the results were simply stunning! The colour nearly popped off the pages. The dry mounting to acid-free foam core with reverse bevel cut was also high quality, as well as the mat board and foam core pieces they cut for me. Proud to have supported local, and pleased to have received professional and friendly service with high quality work. I recommend, and I’ll be back.

Asked for a quote on three separate occasions and never heard back, despite my original ask still being on file each time I called. Very nice associates each time but never did receive a quote - it’s been 5 months.

Excellent service and quantity work. I had a great experience with my first quote for custom framing being out of my budget so they showed me some frames already prepared as another option.
