The staff were friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and there is a good variety of laundry products for sale of you forget your soap, etc.

Townhouses and duplexes use small load capacity w/d, if overloaded overwork less efficiency and quality.I wash cold everything and separate roughs like denim.Sherbrook suds gets it done less than an hour and puts money back in the city.

Didn't like it the owner followed me around like I was going to steal something and demanded I used a oversized washer for a small blanket.. never go back again really don't know how he got rated the best in Winnipeg cause he's obviously not.

Great place, clean and highly recommend visiting this laundromat. I've been there three times to use the massive washers which is fantastic. The man working there is friendly!

Unfortunately they never specified on the door or anything that the last load time is 6pm. I got there sweating at 6:15 and the owner rudely told me they are closed and last load is 6pm. I will never be returning here. I work a lot and this place was closest to where I live. You're best bet is to go to the Soap Opera on Sargeant. They're open till 10pm or 9pm all week, provide the same service, and have the same prices.Response.: Must have just been put there after this review was put up. Nothing was there. Does not warrant the rude response I got. Also, no exception for 15 minutes? Oh well.

Dryers do not work at all. You could hang your clothes outside and the would dry faster.

Excellent service. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Laundry always expertly folded and smelling fresh. High quality laundry products available should you wish to choose. Great Value versus other types of similar services in the city! Perfect for those people who don't have the time to do their own laundry.

Super-SUPER expensive! They claim a single washer is a double.. (5$) and a double washer is a triple load washer. (7$) The dryers take forever too. I also had about 1/3 of a load of clothes not get clean that will ALL need to be re-washed. It was drastically more expensive than Spin City on Edmonton. (Plus the machines aren't good!) I won't be going back there ever again. (Only went there because Spin City was closed.)

Always prompt, friendly, and professional service. Have used the fold and go option, everything was all neat and clean upon pickup. Fair price for a large comforter to be washed with the same service.

$4.50 for wash, so a bit steep. It is open during covid, which is great but you can't sit and wait in there. Just make sure that you are prompt with timing. My laundry was taken out of the washer by staff when I was 1 minute late because it was busy.
